GoogleI am actually shocked at the good reviews this letting agents have. I will be staying far far away. I have never in the 5 years of renting had an issue with an estate agents. I have always got my deposit back as I pride myself on leaving a property better than it was handed over to me in, always knew where I stood, other letting agents have great customer service for the tenants rather than just for the landlords. However, this agents do not. I have wrote them several emails in regards to an overpayment on rent that I’ve made (13 payments in a 12 month period, dates and dates it covers given), a complaint and some charges I have wrongly been given and have not received a response from a single person! They do not listen to what you say, only to what the landlord has to say, my landlord denies ever giving me permission to paint the property and says he’s not happy with it and wants £900 to change it, yet forgets he was not long at the property with the electrician and stated how much he liked the colour! Absolutely disgraceful.

All communications were quick and informative. We appreciate the small moving in hamper CGT offered as well, it really helps on your first day in a new home.

GoogleThis letting agency is absolutely useless. The ladies who work in this location are clueless they really let the franchise name down. This letting agency should be under review by head office. I have emailed and emailed to try to get engagement from them for my daughter in law and the ladies who responded are delusional and full of themselves. I have entered the location to speed things up it’s now been a while since my first enquiry. Many would argue that the enquiry is pretty urgent as it proposes health and safety risk with the boiler is not working properly anything could happen such as carbon monoxide poisoning. It appears they the females who work here only care about their pay check at the end of the month there fore Lynn Wheatly really only cares about flashing her Audi in people’s faces. Sorry to make it personal but I personally feel attacked.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have only been with CGT for 3 months but right from the very start of undertaking a contract, even before, we found Kerry and Olivia at Quedgeley office exceptionally helpful and professional. Always available quickly with no excuses, even during this COVID situation, by phone and email. The few issues that we had with our property after previous tenants had left Ie. Painters, carpets and electrical EICR report, were dealt with speed and efficiency and our property was rented out within 6 weeks of previous tenant leaving to new tenants moving in. As landlords we feel very comfortable to leave our property in their care and would highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
