GoogleStreets ahead were recommended to me and I have been very happy with their help in letting out my flat within a week. George and Layla are both passionate, practical and professional in their help and guidance, and very friendly. Communication has been super-fast and everything was completed without any headaches or surprises, with minimal input from me. Even more impressive is that I was out of the country when they found tenants. But all paperwork was completed electronically and they took care of everything. Googleabsolutely appaling customer service and not to be trusted looked at a property through streets ahead purlley no 43 foxley lane purley to rent from a asian lady called tia and her solicitor husband through the agents cut along story short let agreed move in date agreed landlady keeps changing mind absolitely discusting lady keeps back tracking and keeps changing mind never met such a hortible woman and agent who dont know how to neogotiate letting manager laura griffits and lettings neogotiator jodie lawson totally unprofesional and dont know what thete doing lack of experience please stay away from them arranged removal and had to cancel last minute great website rubbish service levels absolutely discusting experience

GoogleJust a note to acknowledge that the customer care that has been invested by Gemma in assisting my wife and I in our property search has been truly thoughtful and refreshing. Though she wasn't able to find us that property, the time, effort, sending numerous properties including calls to see how we were getting on in our search, knowing that there were other estate agents that we have been in contact with, was very humbling. Gemma, expressed good human skills, cared for her clients and articulated very well, a gem indeed.

FacebookIf I could give it a 0 star I would ! An absolute nightmare of an agency to deal with from a tenant perspective. Right from the beginning when I rented - issues , lack of contract in place literally until 2 days before moving in I didn’t know if I actually secured the place. Head of lettings didn’t even bother to let me know what is going on, it was me constantly chasing and trying to find out what is going. The real saga started however upon vacating property. Various agents arranging viewings of the property without prior arranging with me, random viewings at 8 pm without agreeing upon. To the point when the guy who was meant to do the check out never turned up and nobody bothered to inform me. The attitude of staff there is another story , it’s almost like they’re doing you a favour ! I was told to come to their offices to drop off the keys or send it via recorded delivery (on my expense!) after being stood up by their staff. Now I’m sure getting a deposit back will turn out to be another mayhem ! Please avoid them at all cost ! Not worth the stress ...

FacebookTerrible. Do not let through them. They failed to pay the tenants deposit on time (meant to pay to me to register, did not bother, chased them for a week, finally they did themselves but late) 2nd rent is now a week late and have no idea if it has even been paid by tenant as I haven't heard from them, not very good service for rent collection I expect them to be checking on the day and letting me know if any problems. Obviously it takes a day or 2 to go from one account to another ie streets ahead to me but its been a week. Absolute shame of an agent, wish I had never used them.

FacebookUtterly appalling service ever since they took over the management of our house , no rental agreement sent , no notice given about increase in rent , takes weeks to get anyone to come out if something wrong , do not respond to emails and when you eventually get to speak to a human being they have no idea what is going on and say they will respond in writing or email and they don’t . Wish I could get hold of my landlord and tell him not to waste his money on them managing the property because quite frankly they couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery . Don’t go near them !!

Facebookcame home from work to no heating in February when it had been snowing. The water pressure was low on the meter so there was no heating or hot water. I called up the water suppliers who stated it was the agency's duty of care to handle. I spoke to the agency and they gave me the number for the plumber. I called for 2 hours, leaving voicemails, no response and no call back. The agency kept messaging the urgency, but to no avail. I was told to wrap up in blankets and wait. I have not received any phone call from the plumber, and I cant feel my feet and I have cold. Absolutely terrible. I am still waiting for a call back.

FacebookReally shockingly poor service. Let a flat through them on a let only and the whole process especially the paperwork side of things has been shockingly substandard and painful to witness. I wanted to take my own rent guarantee policy out but nearly a month later am still waiting for the documents the insurance company asked for that I requested from them (ID and proof of address). They said they will cancel my policy if I don't provide it now and I have chased up Streets Ahead via email and phone calls. No one is getting back to me and they keep passing the buck to different staff members. George the lettings manager who was so keen to take on my property has now done a disappearing act!! Will not recommend or use again!!!
