My parents have just moved thanks to Streets Ahead. They had tried other estate agents before but as soon as they contacted Streets Ahead, they got straight into it. All of the sales staff were genuinely very helpful. Once the sale was going through Marina and Gary stepped in and smoothed things over, going above and beyond to help them out. It’s hard to find a really good agent to trust but I have no hesitation at all in recommending Streets Ahead to help you move house!

It's a difficult time for everyone at the moment, but we recently found out we had to move flat, which is difficult at the best of times.. let alone when the world is on lockdown. We found somewhere we liked with Streets Ahead and since we reached out to express our interest, the process has been a breeze. Our Lettings Negotiator, Gemma Greasley, has been so helpful. From original valuation, proactively sourcing potential buyers and sharing their feedback with me, right through to complex negotiations and ultimately successful completion they have been diligent, understanding and professional. Our completion was just after the Covid-19 restrictions were put into place - Jola and MaryJane went above and beyond to assist in successful completion- even delivering paperwork for signing! It is rare to receive such exceptional and personalised service and for that reason I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had attempted to sell twice before using two different agents in Purley but both companies failed to deliver, we went to Streets Ahead as a last chance before we gave up. Jamie really sold his company and promised to find us a buyer, we were a little sceptical as two other estate agents couldn’t. After about a week Diana showed our house to her buyers and we heard her asking for an offer which we realised we hadn’t heard the other agents doing, these people made an offer and after the viewing Diana called the office and did some checks, she waited with us until the checks were complete, we didn’t take the first offer so Diana called the people from her mobile and was able to get them to increase, we accepted this offer and was delighted as it was the first offer we had got. Jamie and Diana worked hard and were very nice to deal with but most importantly they sold our house, if you are trying to sell this company is very good

Selling my late parents house was not easy and choosing the right agent was not easy either but I am pleased I chose Streets Ahead. Jamie knew how the probate process worked and the best way to handle my sensitive sale, Diana and Gemma done the viewings and I was really pleased with how they showed the house and for the updates until a buyer was found. I have just bought and sold through Streets Ahead in Purley. I was trying to sell through another Purley estate agent who didn’t do a very good job. I switched to Streets Ahead as I was so impressed by the enthusiasm and professionalism of Jamie, his team generating more viewings in the first week then the other agent did in 2 months, Diana showed all the buyers around and did a great job in promoting my house, she called me with feedback after each viewing and then found a brilliant buyer who agreed to buy my house at a price I wasn’t expecting.
