I’ve had great communication with Gilmore Estates over the last number of years since renting a property from them. Since day one they have an incredible team and there always on hand to help with anything you have concerns about. It’s always nice to pass by when I’m in the area to pop in to say hello. I honestly could not fault them and how happy I’ve been to be in a property I’ve totally falling in love with since moving in. I recommend anyone who’s thinking of renting/buying a property to use Gilmores.

I couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. She has been so personal, supportive and reassuring throughout the whole process, and you can tell she genuinely cares about both you and your home. She always takes the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable with what's happening. Her knowledge of the market is incredible, and she always seems to know exactly the right thing to do and say. Selling a house can be stressful, but she has made it feel so much more manageable. I completely trust her, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She really does go above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for everything she's done for us.

I recently became a landlord, not by choice. The process was completely confusing to me. I had no idea where to start, I made the decision to let my property through an Estate Agent. My first choice was a complete disaster, after seemingly jumping through hoops, I was told after several months that they would not take on my already tenanted property. No explanations given. I called and emailed asking for advice as to what was needed to let the property, but calls/emails were not returned. I finally managed to obtain the reasons and decided to try another Agent. I called Webbs Estates Agents, Sophie Adams promptly responded to my request for more information. I explained my difficulties. This lady actually apologised for the poor service of a different Agent! She explained clearly and precisely what was involved, what my options were, what information was required and what costs were involved. She took the time to walk me through everything step by step which must have seemed like trying to teach a 5 year old quantum physics. I asked her to take on my property on a fully managed basis, within a matter of weeks everything was sorted. Yesterday I signed the final papers and can say how very much I appreciate her knowledge and experience not only towards me, but to my tenants too. Every obstacle put up by the first Agent, Sophie handled with incredible positivity and very little fuss. I cannot recommend her enough, she made a very difficult time so much easier for me. If you need honesty, efficiency, promptness and a willing attitude, this is the lady you are looking for. Thank you once more Sophie.

I have been a landlord for many years, and have worked with various property management companies, but I found Gilmore Estates to be outstanding from the very first moment. All of their staff are professional and knowledgeable, and they take care of my properties like they are their own. They are highly skilled at negotiation which is one of the hardest parts as a landlord, and managed to get me top dollar on my last rental.
