GoogleI got valuations from four estate agents and immediately I was impressed at how professional Michael Graham in Princes Risborough was. Nothing was too much trouble. Negotiation was straightforward and the team was cohesive and all its members were aware of all the issues. They are a great team. Paul Copping started the ball rolling and Steve Tillyer managed a complex sale arrangement very well indeed. Nicola was a brilliant negotiator and pulled out every stop to get things moving. Cassie at reception kept things going well while colleagues were occupied. Potential buyers must have been impressed. When one lives 150 miles away it was so reassuring to have such a professional team managing the sale active and keeping me up to date as the sale progressed. And they offered so much useful advice. And the coffee was great too. if you want to sell your house go to Michael Graham in Princes Risborough. It is the best Estate Agent.

I bought my house through Towcester MG over ten years ago, and during that time I've regularly received the usual "helpful" reminders from Michael Graham. You know the ones: "The market is buoyant... your house is probably worth more than you think... if you've ever considered selling..." Mildly irritating, but fair enough - it's marketing.

GoogleWe had a really awful experience with these estate agents. The house wasn't in fit shape for letting and we were harrassed by the cowboy landlord, with no support from Michael Graham. When we were forced to move out due to the house being too cold and nothing being resolved, our landlord tried to take our entire deposit, despite having no case and no check in report. Michael Graham again offered zero support to us, when it was obvious the landlord had no evidence, and supported him in referring the case to TDS. This kept the return of our deposit away from us for 5 months. TDS promptly threw the case out, stating the landlord has no case or evidence, which was time that could have been saved with a professional estate agent. Many unanswered emails and calls- We would suggest renting through Savills, Ballards or another agent in this area.

Recently sold our house through Michael Graham in a slow and challenging market. Good communication and organisation, flexible and responsive to our needs. Kept us updated on progress. Excellent photography and listing on website was regularly refreshed. A couple of minor admin hiccups were resolved. Pushed the sale through to exchange and completion with complicated chain.

It was a sale that had a lot of complexity and we hit a few bumps in the road and Steve persevered with us through all of this. GoogleMichael Graham Princes Risborough is the only agent in the area whose professionalism extends beginning to end. Everything they did for us, right from the initial photographs, was excellent. Not only that, they are a lovely bunch of people, straight-talking and very responsive, including out of hours and weekends. We particularly valued Steve Tillyer and Paul Copping who have both worked tirelessly in the last months. The house buying/selling process in England is tricky to say the least, and we appreciated their skill and creativity in brokering what could have been a couple of sticking points. We have had a brilliant experience with Michael Graham. After struggling to sell our house with the previous agent, Michael Graham managed to sell it and were honest, professional and kept in regular communication. I highly recommend them. Marni Cosby and Saoirse Dodd both kept us in the loop at all times and got things sorted quickly. We were also really impressed with the house photos and the advert. I highly recommend!
