GoogleAs a first time landlord I was delighted with the professional service from Rentolease. They quickly found me good tenants, carried out full reference checks on them and ensured my property met all safety requirements before they moved in. I would highly recommend the service.

FacebookDon't bother making an appointment with this company. Turned up to view a property today after having booked the appointment a week ago. Took a half day off work so I could get to the 4.45 appointment in time from Glasgow. Had to phone the company to find out where the agent was, only to be told that the property already had a deposit down and they had cancelled all appointments. I received no communication regarding this cancellation and didn't even get an apology on the phone. Sort your act out please

FacebookRichard and Eiley of Prestwick. We have been using Rentolease ,Prestwick branch, for over a year and have recently moved to a larger property , in Prestwick. The staff made our transition very easy and they were , as ever, very professional and helpful . They are a very approachable office and nothing seems too much trouble for them . We wouldn't use any other letting agent .

GoogleAppalling company. Customer service is totally non existent to the point that they refuse to meet to discuss their errors. My property was handed back damaged and wasn't cleaned. Rentolease thought this was acceptable and refused to take responsibility for it. Hope you have deep pockets of you use this firm as they seem to have every excuse for mismanagement.

FacebookWe would award you 5 stars ...... Rentolease are the most professional rental company in Ayrshire. I would not consider using anyone else for our properties. They have great local knowledge and are very professional and helpful (along with having the cutest little smart cars which turn up on time to show our potential tenants around). Shona x
