GoogleReally felt like Clive Anthony didn’t do anything to help us at all. They facilitated the sale, didn’t point out that there would be issues because the house has a rent a roof scheme solar panels. Tried to throw us under the bus the night before a house was reduced and get a significant amount of money more out of us on a retracted offer. Then after our offer was accepted even called back and tried to what felt like scrutinise our choice on not paying our whole budget on a house that was listed 50k under with an offer already accepted.
Could not recommend them less.
Hated having to use them because of the area we were restricted to them having such a monopoly on the market.
The only thing they have done is ask for a review three times. That’s the most contact we had from them in the whole time the purchase went through.

Dominique came to value the property and took a completely data driven approach. She showed us what she had sold in the area this year, the asking price, the number of viewings, the number of offer and the sale price. She made comparisons between our house and the sold houses and made it very easy to see where our house fitted into the price scale. She recommended an "offer over" approach with a low asking price to generate interest. Boy, did it work. We had a load of viewings and received offers immediately.
The whole team communicated effectively and acted quickly at every stage of the process. They de-stressed the whole process. Their performance was very impressive and I don't hesitate to recommend them.
