We just sold our house through Clive Anthony in Prestwich and they were amazing. Dominique was very helpful, professional and friendly. The photographs were very professional and the writeup was superbly well written. We had no problem selling the house and the team including Dominique, Leila, and Courtney were diligent and efficient throughout the process. Their fees are very reasonable and they don’t tie you into a contract like many other agents. They said they were very confident we would be happy so no need for a contract period and they were totally right. Absolutely amazing team, we have no hesitation in recommending Clive Anthony in Prestwich if you need professional and experienced agents.

Annette was amazing and fantastic during the sale and she went above and beyond for me. In my opinion she’s the best staff member at this office. It was a stressful experience as I had a first time buyer buying my property who expected me to jump thru hoops making it a rocky sale, although Annette helped to make the process as smooth as she could. My only criticism is that they could have helped to guide the buyer through the process better as the buyer was somewhat naive and new to the process. It took about 3 weeks to get the survey done and about 6 weeks to get a mortgage offer sorted for them, so this added extra stress as the mortgage companies were dragging their feet. After the sale was completed I got Annette a bottle of wine and a thankyou card. Thanks so much Annette and a gold star for you.

Just bought my first house through Clive Anthony and found them really professional and easy to deal with throughout. They were really good at keeping me informed throughout the transaction, especially towards the end when we were approaching exchange/completion. They also were happy to communicate in writing which I think is a sign of a trustworthy agent. Shelley went above and beyond for my family and myself! From the initial phone call to signing papers for our new place, every step. - upon initial phone call ask for a viewing, it was simple as she booked us in told us abit about the area as we are new to the area as well as manchester. - we got same day viewing, Shelley showed us round the house, pointed out benefits for us and our needs as a family aeound the area as well, which was super beneifitcal to us. -signing was very simple with guarentor and deposit, she posted the contract to my father which really helped him out as he is technically challenged. -and on moving day I was super stressed had my little on with me, so she did me a massive favour and came to the house and we signed papers there. Great service from start to finish. The valuation by Dominique was honest & direct . Our property was listed 3 days later after having photos, floor plan and EPC completed. Within the first week viewings we’re rolling in and conducted in a professional manner by Lorraine and Peter. We have recently completed on selling our property and purchasing in the Prestwich area; with the purchase side being the main interaction we experienced with Clive Anthony estate agents. Our purchase process involved regular contact with Katie, who was most professional and efficient and understanding in all her communication. This was in contrast to a lot of frustrating delay, with our chosen estate agents on the sale side, and with our conveyancer experience. You live and learn I guess! The final post-completion key collection was also such a nice experience, meeting for the first time, and celebrating the end of the process (I can’t say journey - who says journey these days!). We left their office feeling encouraged and supported. Look into this company if you are in the surrounding area, you won’t regret it.
