GoogleJake and Matt were excellent - supported by an efficient back up team. They displayed professionalism and patience throughout the process - from valuation through to dealing with offers and then through to liaising with solicitors leading up to exchange. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

GoogleClive Anthony is the best Estate Agents I have ever used. They were friendly yet professional from start to finish. Excellent communication and processes. Lovely friendly team that I cannot recommend highly enough. They have an honest, no nonsense approach which worked great (Great style Dominique). Well done the team of Prestwich and Whitefield. Special thanks to Dominique and Lorrain who managed our property.

GoogleAnnette was great in helping us secure our property. She kept us updated and made sure to chase solicitors when they were taking too long. I would recommend and definitely use them again.

GoogleWe decided on selling our house through Clive Anthony based on the good reviews on google. Frankly a superb service. We had a tonne of interest and have just agreed a sale after several offers. All of this within just a few days of the property going on the market. Dominique and the team worked overtime and we couldn't be happier customers.

GoogleWe’ve been in our property for nearly two years and haven’t had a single problem with Clive Anthony on any level - house issues, contract renewals ec. They’re so helpful and go above and beyond for us. Our garage door and oven went in the same weekend (Sod’s Law!) and Nathaniel moved heaven and earth to get solutions in place with a really quick turnaround and couldn’t have been kinder when we spoke to them. Five stars.

GoogleWe recently moved rented properties. And we must say shelley made the move fast efficient and professional. We honestly cannot recommend shelley enough. Constantly helping and informing from atart to finish and pushed everything throughout so we could meet our deadline. If moving to a rented property ask for shelley.

GoogleI am a Owner of a management company in Whitefield and manage a block of 18 flats. 1 of the flats is let out by the owner through Clive Anthony. This flat had a water leak in the property on the main incoming water supply i had to get permission bt Clive Anthony for there plumber to access the flat. Jo the lady at C/A, was more than helpful, contacting the owner to get his permission and then the tenant. Unfortunately the plumber wasn't able to do it so i had to arrange for a plumber and Jo had to go through the procedure again. Jo was very helpful, always keeping in contact with me by phone and email. If it wasnt for her knowledge of agreements this would have taken longer. I will highly recommend Jo for her help and C/A.

GoogleAfter many years of being in the renting sector I have never come across such a competent, precise company as CLIVE ANTHONY ESTATE AGENTS in PRESTWICH. Shelley and Jo have worked brilliantly on our behalf in getting our chosen property. They have kept us in the loop on a daily basis, even now while we are in Portugal on holiday. Thanks to all the staff.

GoogleAs a landlord, I have rented out 3 properties with Clive Anthony for 15 years. The service has always been excellent. Shelley and Lucy have always kept me informed, and have dealt with any issue really well, and have kept me informed. I highly recommend using Clive Anthony.

GoogleI recently purchased a home that was marketed by Clive Anthony Estates. They have been a pleasure to work with and have made the process of purchasing a house much easier, keeping us well informed throughout the whole process from initially viewing and making an offer, though to picking up the keys on completion day. Jake from the Prestwich office has in particular been absolutely brilliant but all the staff involved have been excellent. We are not planning on moving for a long time but if we do we would definitely sell our home with Clive Anthony Estates

GoogleReally felt like Clive Anthony didn’t do anything to help us at all. They facilitated the sale, didn’t point out that there would be issues because the house has a rent a roof scheme solar panels. Tried to throw us under the bus the night before a house was reduced and get a significant amount of money more out of us on a retracted offer. Then after our offer was accepted even called back and tried to what felt like scrutinise our choice on not paying our whole budget on a house that was listed 50k under with an offer already accepted. Could not recommend them less. Hated having to use them because of the area we were restricted to them having such a monopoly on the market. The only thing they have done is ask for a review three times. That’s the most contact we had from them in the whole time the purchase went through.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
