Zoe and Kieran from Sawyer and Co excelled at finding the right buyer in a very tough market. They succeeded where other agents had failed, proving they were the best agent for selling my property. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, and although it was a tricky sale due to the nature of the property, Zoe and Kieran both excelled, not only keeping the sale on track, but also getting it through to completion regardless of the several complications that arose along the way. I would certainly recommend Sawyer and Co, Zoe and Kieran, and I would definitely use them again.

We purchased this pty (from Fine & Country) and decided to let it out immediately until we moved to Brighton. Within a very short time, Sayer had found us 3 suitable tenants all of whom met all our pre-requisites. From that point until the new tenants moved in, we have found Sayer's to be responsive, helpful and professional in all communications. Sayers fully manage the pty for us and have arranged all required services allowing us to collect the rent and feel comfortable that our home is being looked after by a good tenant and supported by an excellent letting agent.

We had the misfortune of using Sawyer & Co in Brighton to sell our property, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. When we first approached them, they promised us they were the best, that they would handle everything, and that the process would be smooth. In reality, it was the complete opposite. It took them months to find a buyer, and once they finally did, we were constantly misled about the timeline. They assured us completion was imminent, only for it to drag on for another four months. Throughout this time, communication was appalling, emails often went unanswered, and when they did respond, they were dismissive, unprofessional, and at times outright rude. To make matters worse, Sawyer & Co held the only key to the property, and the day before the supposed completion, they suddenly demanded I get work done on the house. I was forced to pay to have this done within 24 hours, only to then discover that the completion had been delayed yet again. A particularly unpleasant experience was dealing with Bob, who was often rude, unhelpful, and clearly more interested in getting paid than in providing any real service. The promises made at the start were completely abandoned once they had our business. Overall, this has been a disgraceful experience from start to finish. If you are thinking of selling your property, I strongly recommend avoiding Sawyer & Co, save yourself the stress, wasted time, and frustration.

Sawyers we're really easy to deal with from the start. Once the offer was accepted I was put in touch with Lucy Cratchley who oversaw the selling process. Lucy kept me up to date with the sale and gave me so much information, I felt like I had nothing to be concerned about during the sale process. Without Lucy's help and information I would have had to contact my solicitor for any updates. However, Lucy gave me all the updates I needed.
