Will is very easy to deal with, his knowledge and advice are excellent and I feel he has gone over and above what is required in order to make sure I am a happy customer. Living some distance away I only used Roberts and Co originally through a recommendation from a friend and now I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleI recently worked with the team to complete the sale of my parents house, following the death of my father. The team are brilliant. From our first meeting at the house, through to completion, I was blown away with the level of service we received. The team kept me informed, pushed the process along at a steady pace and whenever I called the office, whoever answered the phone, they always knew what was going on and where we were up to. Such a personal and professional service is rare nowadays. I would recommend the team without hesitation. A first class service.

Roberts and Co were wonderful during the entire process of our sale and purchase; we cannot recommend them highly enough. Emma, Will and their whole team showed absolute professionalism, going over and above to ensure that we were kept informed every step of the way. Buying and selling houses is obviously a very intense process, but Roberts and Co looked after us with care, and every member of staff showed integrity and thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. Sharon in particular was recommended to me, so after dealing with other local agents who didn’t impress, I decided to market my property with R & Co. From the offset I was impressed with their service and the personal touch really set them apart- I didn’t feel like just another customer. Both Sharon and Taylor have been an absolute delight and have been there at every step of the way, managing and communicating with all parties involved and keeping the wheels turning. Nothing is too much trouble, they are extremely responsive, and at the difficult times in the process they have dealt with everything with such professionalism and personalism that you feel in such safe hands. I couldn’t have entrusted the sale of my property to a better agent, my only regret is not opting for Roberts & Co to start with. So to Sharon, Taylor and Roberts & Co, a huge thank you from me ⭐️

It's difficult to articulate correctly the level of service, support and professionalism that they provide which is second to none. Using a simple rule of thumb I can't recall ever having to contact them to chase a position or query as they always get there first and their balance between professional and friendly is perfect. FacebookPeople should never stay with same mortgage provider all the time. You can save a fortune using a financial advisor. You don't need to use the company just to buy & sell a property they offer independent financial advice to anyone who needs it ?? will was recommended by a family member he is an experienced friendly down to earth man. the service was no fuss fast and effecient. Will managed to save us money on mortgage and life insurance thanks Roberts and Co definately use you again in the future ??

FacebookCan't recommend Roberts and Co enough. Had terrible problems with a well known estate agents during a dual agency. Roberts dealt with the other agents for me, and resolved the issue in a professional way. Money wasn't their main concern (which can't be said for the other company!) They made me feel like they genuinely cared about me as a customer and helped complete the sale. Wonderful people! Highly recommended!
