FacebookI can not recommend Roberts & Co highly enough. Prior to listing the house, we had 3 market appraisals conducted by various Estate Agents and instantly knew that we wanted Roberts & Co to handle the sale of our property.
Right from the start they were so positive about what our property offered and knew exactly how to focus the marketing based on the property's strengths. They valued the property at a realistic price rather than looking to under value for a quick result and achieved a sale within a matter of weeks at the full asking price.
We received weekly updates, comprehensive feedback on all viewings and they were always available when called upon to guide us through the sales process. They handled all our viewings and liaised with both sets of solicitors in order to keep the process moving.
The whole process was completely stress free thanks to their professionalism and I would like to offer personal thanks to Adam & Sharon for looking after us so well. You were amazing.

To top it all he found us a mortgage with no arrangement fee and no valuation fee. The last time I remortgaged I paid £200 for this service and it took weeks, with Will not a penny. There where a few time when ive rang one of the staff was not helpfull very rude and at the time this wasn't helping the situation at all felt they could informed that the where going to take pictures never told the family at all i went down to check on the property only to find blinds moving thinking that some one was breaking in when opening the door there was a lady standing there i asked her what she was doing taking pictures to put on the description i didnt expected that thought some one had broken in And not ringing the soilters oftern enough left the board for sale for 5 week with out putting it on line due to solisters not sighing it of .you could of pushed it to be sighned off ,so meaning loseing more potential buyers at the beging of the 5 week so having to take just under £20,000 less than what it was listed so we lost potential money .and leaving the back door un locked after a viewing would not recommend using this esate agents
