All of the staff were very helpful and always quick at responding, so you’re always kept up to date. Buying and selling wasn’t stressful in the slightest with all their help. The whole process from first contacting Roberts and Co Sales for a valuation to completion of the sale of my house has been very smooth and professional. Their team are always available to talk to and ask advice from. The photographs/video of the property are excellent and the availability of their staff to do viewings is impressive. I have been kept informed of every enquiry, viewing and feedback from that viewing. Once I accepted an offer on my property the communication between Roberts, the buyer, both sets of solicitors and myself has been diligent and prompt. I am impressed with the thoroughness, friendliness and communication of Roberts and Co and would highly recommend them if you have a property to sell.

Will and the team have been great from start to finish, Will gave us his honest thoughts and opinions and never wanted to rush anything. he always found a solution when we had a bump in the road and once we were in the all clear to go ahead with our mortgage application he would not stop giving his continuous support and advice. The rest of the team Julie, Sharon and Mandy were fantastic through the buying process and made it smooth as possible. We never had to chase for updates as they already provided them before we got the chance to pick up our phones. Everyone has commented on how fast our buying process was and this couldn’t be achieved without Robert’s and Co. 10/10
