GoogleFilled in their online form and received an email saying they would get back to me. They didnt so I sent a further email and again was told they would get back to me. They never did. I can only assume business is booming. With regards to your reply I last recieved a response on the 3rd July from "prescot@belvoir.co.uk" .NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleComplete time wasters, only care about there fees and not the customer! Wasted 2 months and all kinds on legal fees. Steer clear from these if you want anything to go smooth!

GoogleStruggled to book in a viewing as the staff wasn’t very helpful. Finally managed to book in for a week later only to be sent a cancellation email a couple of days before but with no reason and no option for another date. I replied to the email asking if there was a reason for the cancellation and if I could book for another day (no reply) I called several times the following day but they didn’t answer. I already had an offer in mind on the property I was going to view so it was just a formality. If anyone is thinking of selling a property with this agent I would advise to stay well clear.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolute joke. I arranged a valuation and organised my day around it. They turned up on time only to hand me a valuation report (report valued it much lower than ‘real’ estate agents); they didn’t even come inside the house. Time wasters! Update: the agent has just called and sold a pack of lies - first telling me she did not want to come in because she seen my son playing and didn’t want to disturb him (he is 5!) and then changed her story to ‘that’s how we value properties - we don’t want to seem pushy’. I just wish they told me this before I arrange it.
