Zero communication and when we did call them, the information we received was incorrect. They admitted to us that the office was 'not performing' and 'dropping the ball'..
We revised the plan and proposed updates to the house listing details, which they only partially completed, INCORRECTLY.
I called them this morning to remove the listing and to tell them we would use another agent. Their response? 'Ok'. They did not bother to ask why, or try and retain us as customers.
Lazy, unprofessional and absolutely shocking service.
Absolutely avoid.
