GoogleWe decided we was going to sell our house and arranged meeting with multiple estate agents. Belvoir was by far the most professional and i thought provided the best quality valuation of the property. James Plumpton in particular was a pleasure to work with, he ensured the pictures and description where a true reflection of the property and was very enthusiastic right the way through the process. All viewers where vetted to be serious buyers and subsequently Our house sold in less than 2 weeks & at asking price! I have worked with other agents whom simply seem to switch off at this point however James & Belvoir ensured the sale was moving through the stages in good time and was always calling and emailing to provide updates. I would recommend Belvoir to all my friends & family and im sure I will do business again with them in the future. Thanks again Belvoir & James!

GoogleDO NOT TRUST!!!! During the viewing , the agent assured us that everything in the property was in working order. He told us that they inspect the property before putting it up for sale and if anything is broken, the seller fixes it. During the purchase process, the sellers never provided us with any safety certificates (eg for electricity, water heater). After we got the keys (Saturday morning) we found out that there was no water in the property. We called the agency and asked why there was no water in the property, they told us to ask the neighbors! After wasting time looking for the cause, we found that the water was turned off mainly. We had to wait with our little one until Monday to be released by our local utility company. (whole weekend without water!) On Monday after the water was turned on we found ourselves with a leak from the first floor through the ground floor ceiling. Then we found out why the water was turned off. I assume that it was stopped so that potential buyers and surveyors would not find out about these serious defects in the property. The same day we arranged for a local engineer to check the boiler and it turned out that the heating boiler was damaged and needed to be replaced. (will cost £3000) I guess the agency knew about it all. Also they not help us in any way for a second review before the day of the contract exchange. I definitely do not recommend!

GoogleExcellent staff and service, nothing too much trouble, always polite, professional and have shown kindness and support. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Special thanks to Paula, Natalie, Claire who have been so helpful with such a lot of issues. At the same time of dealing with Belvioir I have had dealings with LPS so I have been able to compare both companies for quality, professionalism, accuracy, documentation, speedy response times, and general help and information ------- absolutely no comparison BELVOIR ALL THE WAY.

GoogleAfter having my house on the market for 12 months with another estate agent a friend recommended Belvoir, the house was under offer within 4 weeks of being on the market with them! From the first point of contact with Paula when she came to value the property the service has been first class from everyone at Belvoir, not only are they friendly, polite and extremely professional I found that they had my best interests in mind rather than the buyers and we’re not just interested in getting another sale on the books, I told them the price I would accept and they got me it, I can’t thank Paula, Natalie & Clare enough for all the help and guidance they haven given me the last few months they are a real asset to any company and I’m so fortunate to have dealt with them

GoogleOn first enquiry I spoke with Clare at the Prescot branch of Belvoir. I found Clare to be very professional, polite and helpful. She fully explained the procedure and process for renting the property. I followed the simple instructions online and soon paid for and passed the required credit checks. The entire process was easy and on 1St February we moved into the new house which is in immaculate condition.. My experience with Clare and Belvoir has been a great pleasure. GoogleTerrible service. I enquired about two properties that weren't available for rental yet and made it very clear that I was in a position to make a decision on either of them there and then. I was told that I would be contacted when they were available to view. I kept looking because I had no contact from Belvoir Prescot office and find that both properties are now Let Agreed! Not a single phone call from the branch or anything. Pathetic

GoogleI recently just started working in the L35 area and wanted to make my commute to work shorter. I live with my wife & 2 x kids so was looking for a space that would suit my whole family. The staff at Belvoir were brilliant. They were very professional, listened carefully and were very enthusiastic about my personal requests. They gave me some very good options and found our next home without any stress. I’d highly recommended the service!
