As a portfolio landlord, this was my first purchase with John and Champon - Prenton team, and to be very honest, it was quite the rollercoaster! While there were definitely many ups and downs throughout the process, Rebecca and Claire were absolutely phenomenal in helping me navigate through it all. They provided exceptional support, always keeping me updated and ensuring I was well-informed every step of the way. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. I have been dealing with Libby at Jones & Chapman, Prenton for a mortgage for a house purchase. Libby is very friendly and helpful. She has kept me informed every step of the way and has gone out of her way to get me additional information that I needed. She has held my hand throughout the mortgage, life and house insurance applications. Can't recommend her highly enough. The other staff in the branch are also very helpful and friendly, even going as far to entertain and tire out my puppy before my last appointment with Libby.

Absolutely awful communication. Will promise to call you back but won't. So you have to constantly chase for updates. If you ever hit financial difficulties don't bother asking them for help. The house that my partner rented the landlord kept putting the price up (no improvements to the house) and it got to the point where she could no longer afford it so has moved out and in with me. The landlord won't let her break the tenancy so she's still liable for the rent which is in arrears as she cannot aford it! Iv had to lend money from family to help her pay it but its still in arrears. House has been on rightmove for over 2 months (over priced typically by greedy landlords) and she is still non the wiser of what's happening. Keep being told there's new tenants lined up but nothing ever happens. Low and behold the next lot of rent is due in a few days. She was promised a call back by end of play today but low and behold no call back. Absolutely awful! Avoid!

First met Nick who built an immediate rapport with myself. He is friendly and very approachable. He understands where your coming from and let's you put your own stamp on this that your looking for. We discussed all my options and went through the many different forms and criteria needed to mortgage. Nick was very knowledgeable, very prompt, and kept in touch throughout the whole process, and after. He is an absolute diamond and this shows in his work ethic which is second to none. I would absolutely recommend anyone thinking or looking for a mortgage to approach him. The sale. Where do I start! What was supposed to be a simple sale (I thought) turned into an absolute nightmare. Thankfully Claire Cabo was at hand. She certainly is a superstar!!!! At some times I really thought she was my personal PA acting as a go between via email from my purchaser to myself and back. Thankfully we worked through many difficult things that were thrown up eventually sold. To everyone's satisfaction. Clire has been absolutely amazing during this process (not to forget the hard working team in the office who also deserve a big shout out). Thoroughly recommend Jones and Chapman I sold and bought through Jones and Chapman (Prenton and Allerton) and would absolutely use them again if ever needed. I have bought and sold three properties in my life and have never had such an amazing experience from a dedicated and hard working.

I have been dealing with Rebecca from the sales department and would just like to say what a credit she is to the team. Nick has been absolutely amazing at helping me with buying my first house. I’m an apprentice on a temporary contract and he has managed to source a mortgage with a top lender with a very competitive interest rate, despite my difficult affordability circumstance. Even after getting my mortgage offer through and approved, Nick continued to help when there was an issue between the solicitor and the mortgage company, keeping me regularly updated when the solicitor went quiet. The house is due to complete in nine days, so fingers crossed everything goes smoothly. Despite the cost of the lifetime membership, I would recommend Nick to anyone needing mortgage advice, and if I ever move in the future I will definitely be using Nick’s services again.

I have used this office, before and after the new look and management, and what i will say is, they are already making BIG changes, the look, the staff, the atmosphere, even the way they are dealing with us (the public) is so professional...I am amazed, i have used other Jones and Chapman offices too and have been impressed by them also. Sue, Libby, Nick, Alice & Claire have been fantastic, even though when ever i go into the shop they are very busy, they are always smiling, laughing and happy to help. The Lettings team are also fantastic, even though i chose not to go down that route, Abi was amazing and should i LET in the future she will be my first call. I will recommend them to every one i know, and as promised next time i pass, I will bring you all some cakes....Thanks again for all your help :)
