GoogleI have over the last year had an excellent experience with Xact, Knowle. Staff have consistently supported and looked after my brother and I well as we sold our parents property. GoogleXact are not just any Estate Agent they are THE Estate Agent !! Jeremy and his Team are brilliant, I was selling my late Mothers house and from day 1 they were so understanding and helpful. They have all been so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. The icing on the cake..... it was sold in 14 days for the asking price ! There is no other Estate Agent to use

GoogleAvoid this company a bunch of scammers, especially Mandy Turner, Caitlin Lane, Sarah Rees and Sarah Breeze. They tried to demand 6 months rent in advance off me and refused to give me a contract. If they had given me a contract it would be fine but they did not. Very dodgy typical estate agent. Avoid and go with someone else. Mandy is very rude on the phone too and doesn’t like people who don’t have english accents.
As a professional letting agent we cannot comment publicly on individual cases but can see that this relates to a property you were offered nearly 12 months ago. All prospective tenants/contract-holders are sent a draft occupation contract/tenancy agreement prior to their commencement date. Where possible the occupation contract/tenancy agreement is signed digitally but in some cases this is not possible and so this has to be completed in our office manually. We ask that tenants/contract-holders pay their monies before coming to the office to collect the keys for their new homes as, due to the large sum of money involved, problems occasionally occur and therefore delay the handing over of keys. In addition, as a firm, we do not tolerate any discrimination. If you wish to discuss this matter further, then we would ask that you contact the office

GoogleA professional company who know their stuff and work hard for both seller and buyer. Exact are in the process of completing the sale of my property in Knowle. I cannot say I have had a long relationship with the company and individuals because from going on the market to an agreed sale has taken less than a week and I had several offers to consider! My initial interaction was with Jacob who visited to value my property. Aside from being courteous and professional his knowledge of the area and data surrounding the agreed valuation was exceptional. Most reassuring and he was correct in all the key points he put forward. The ladies who visited to measure and photograph the property were efficient and professional and the in-house sales team have provided swift and concise feedback. If someone suggests Exact are too big a company to sell your property with and they will not provide you with a local service they are wrong. A local, personal experience is what I have received to date and I would highly recommend using their services.

GoogleFantastic service from helpful, efficient, polite friendly estate agents! We bought our current home which was listed by MMP and couldn't of had a better experience. Just a shame they weren't dealing with our house sale back in England too, as they did way more and were a lot more helpful and pro-active than our agents! Donna was amazing and consistently dealt with queries from me regarding our purchase and kept the whole thing moving even when our own agents for our sale didn't! Would definitely recommend MMP for any sale or purchase. Exceptional! 10/10

In terms of the actual viewings and contact when I originally made an offer on the Xact-represented property, I knew I was in safe hands due to the many Xact Sold signs in the area.
