I have recetly transacted through Vanessa McCallum & team, coming from my recent experience where I have dealt with several other agents elsewhere I couldn’t be more satisfied with the job Vanessa McCallum's team have done. Every staff is super confident, to the point & available to understand the "customer" especially Anna! They were professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. In a world where estate agents are not always trusted or respected and some times have very little in hand to motivate a decision. I felt Vanessa McCallum's team, truly stood out for their honesty, transparency, and genuine care. They kept me in the loop and making sure everything ran smoothly. It’s worth saying that securing completion isn’t always entirely in an estate agent’s hands. But as long as they are upfront and communicate clearly, you can always see where things are heading and make informed decisions with confidence. That’s exactly the kind of service I received. Their local knowledge and straightforward advice made a huge difference, and I always felt they had both sellers & buyers interests at heart. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property in Hertfordshire.

Vanessa, Anna and the Team were amazing the whole way through! Bit of a sticky start whilst we were waiting for our Agreement in Principle to come through as Vanessa didn't want to take the property off the market until we had it, but she was protecting her Vendors best interests and I respect that entirely. Either way it all worked out well as we are now in our new house, working our way through the boxes and turning it into our family's home! Thanks Team!
