Dear Stella, All feedback is important to us and it is disappointing to see the 1 star review you have given. I have looked on the system and unfortunately the property you wanted to go ahead with had been let by the landlord therefore we were unable to let the property to you. I do sincerely apologise that we were unable to progress you application further. Kind Regards Nicholas Humphreys Southampton
