FacebookGreat service and rent was very reasonable.
Rented from LPG for year 2013/14 and Paul saved us as we waited until very late to search for a property for the year.
Rent payments were structured in a way that we were able to keep the last of our loan payment of the year to ourselves which was very handy coming into the summer.
The house was great and we had no problems throughout the year. Any minor issues were addressed by Paul in a timely manner.
Would recommend LPG to any student on the North Coast

FacebookFor worried and concerned parents look no further than LPG Property Rentals Portstewart. You'll find peace of mind with the service provided. After meeting Paul he reassured myself things would be efficient and professional, I can only talk about a short period so far, and the dealings with LPG on the day of collecting my son's keys ahead of the task of moving him into the property for his final year. We were faced with some issues, I contacted LPG and within 48hrs the issues were resolved. I also had a lengthy conversation with the Landlord himself which proved to be very helpful & reassuring. So far this proves the professionalism of both parties. I can rest knowing my son is in good hands and if any issues arise they will be dealt with in the same timly manner.
