⸻ I am so grateful to have been chosen for this property, there were a lot of applicants, and I feel very lucky.Paul has been so down to earth and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. Getting the keys yesterday was such a relief, it really feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I’m so excited for this new chapter and couldn’t have asked for a better landlord to start it with! Thanks again I rented my flat through Paul and couldn’t fault him during my time there. He was always friendly, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Sadly, I had to end my tenancy due to circumstances, but the time I spent in the property was really special and I’m grateful for how smooth and straightforward everything was. Paul is a great estate agent and I’d happily recommend him.

I was in my second year of University of Ulster and needed accommodation. I had been to a few agents who showed me places which didn't look great. I then was recommended Paul at LPG property who I came to during the summer that year in 2017. He showed in a good house on lissadell grove, unlike the previous places other agents showed me it was clean and a lot better equipped for a student. Myself and a couple of other tenants stayed at properties managed by LPG throughout our time at university. Paul and everyone else at LPG were always extremely friendly and courteous and couldn’t have done any more for us than they did. They were always ready to lend a hand, they payment schedule was completely suited to university loans which, and the level of service was second to none. Even after I left university, Paul was more than happy to write a landlords reference for me to assist me in securing property elsewhere. I really can’t recommend LPG property enough!

I made the decision to study in the North Coast very late in the process and needed to find accommodation. A good friend of mine had recently signed up with Paul and LPG for their second year of University and explained how good Paul and the rest of team were. Paul was able to find time to find me a house that suited all of my needs and couldn't have been more welcoming and thorough in the overall process. If anything ever needed fixed or replaced, it was done on the same day and the service was always exceptional. Would highly recommend Paul at LPG. Myself and my friends rented two properties through LPG during our university years. Both properties were lovely and any problems we had Paul was extremely helpful and supportive. In our final year of university Paul was particularly helpful when we had a problem with a landlord. Paul found us a new property so quickly and was there to help us due to the unforeseen circumstances, even offering to help us move our things. We loved our house and it worked out perfectly. Rent is very reasonable and properties are lovely. Anyone, particularly students, definitely check out LPG!

Avoid This Landlord at All Costs! I rented a commercial shop on Whitewell Road, Newtownabbey, and also owned the yard next to it, which was connected to the landlord’s electricity supply. When I had to close the shop, Paul Curry assured me that if I left the fixtures and fittings, I would get my £600 deposit back. Three months later, I was told I wouldn’t be getting a penny. To make matters worse, I later discovered I had been unknowingly paying for their communal lighting for over a year with no explanation or refund. When I raised the issue, the response was to permanently disconnect my electricity supply. As someone who maintains properties myself, I had carried out numerous jobs for this company free of charge, yet this was how I was repaid. Adding insult to injury, a year after I left, Paul Curry had the audacity to contact me asking if I would repair the shop shutter! Absolutely disgraceful way to treat tenants. Avoid dealing with this landlord if you value honesty and fair treatment.
