GoogleThese are by far the best estate agents that we and our friends have ever dealt with. Not only did they do all the chasing for us but they also arranged multiple visits for us and our contractors prior to exchanging contracts. They even got us to visit properties in the same complex so that we could get ideas of how to renovate our apartment. And if that wasn't enough they also recommended tradesmen to us all of whom have been superb. A great team - thank you!

They liased expertly with our buyer, the two representing solictors, the apartment block management company and the exiting tenant leaving very little for us to do. They helped sell our previous property and were a pleasure to deal with throughout so I decided to instruct them to deal with the letting of another property I own. Were very responsive and carried out a service as close to their normal service as possible in these current unprecedented times (Coid19 lockdown period). GoogleMaria at Marina and Hampshire Life could not have been more helpful or proactive. Maria arranged for me to view the property at very short notice on a Saturday afternoon and contacted the owner in Tenerife with my offer. She subsequently regularly kept in contact with my agents and solicitors to follow and prompt the progress of my sale and purchase and to reassure me. If I wanted to know anything she was always the one to go to - that is if she had not already filled me in! Her approach went well beyond professionalism.

GoogleGood for the property owner but not for the tenant. Need more updated rules and regulations to protect tenants. It’s just business as usual for them and the owner that pays! The company went above and beyond twice though through my 11 month tenancy.
Hi Charmaine, we're so sorry that you felt your rental experience wasn't as you would have hoped. As you mentioned, we went above and beyond on some occasions; some elements were unfortunately out of our control. The fee that the landlord requested was settled by us, as a gesture of goodwill as we always strive for our tenants to move on from a property rented through us with the notion that they would rent from us again in the future.
