Thank you to Lisa and Maria for enabling us to buy our lovely new home. Although the probate took quite a while to come through, you were there for us all the way, keeping us informed, reassuring us at each stage of the process, recommending an excellent solicitor in Amy Fardell and keeping the purchase on track. Even after we completed, you’ve been quick to give us advice and recommendations and we know that we can email at any time and receive a prompt and informative response. Knowing the Port Solent houses and their history the way you do is a real asset. Other estate agents have very limited knowledge of the Marina Houses as we discovered when we were looking to buy. We know that whatever our questions are, you are always able to use your expert knowledge to give us an informed answer or point us in the right direction. We totally recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell their house/flat.

We got in contact with Maria a few years back wanting to move from London for Port Solent. She was so patient with us as we had delay after delay selling our home. However, when we finally did sell, Maria found us our amazing new home which we love so much. I have purchased and sold a few properties with this Company and also use them for letting and they are truly wonderful to deal with. Caroline is exceptional because she keeps you fully informed on what's going on and nothing is too much trouble ! Lisa and Maria walk 🚶 on water as far as I am concerned and deserve an extra special mention. The amount of work they did behind the scenes to ensure the sale continued despite numerous problems that seemed to crop up is a real credit to them. Lesser agents would have given up but they kept progressing the sale right up to the last minute including on the day of exchange !! They actually sold the property with the tenants in situ and that included a separately let garage as well. They earnt every penny of their commission and are the benchmark which every agent aught to seek to achieve. They are FANTASTIC and they work for their clients 1000 % ! I love 💕 them to bits 🤗

After just loosing my mum and never having sold a house or brought before me and my dad had no idea where to start, the estate agents we was selling our property with in Surrey was awful complete lack of communication and respect, we was so worried we would loose the house we put a offer in for port Solent but marina Lifes was amazing Maria got straight onto the estate agents/solicitors and helped us every step of the way, it was a long process from our side but nothing was to much trouble they reassured us every step of the way. On collection of keys they even gave us a lovely bottle of champagne and was also happy for us. We still receive emails now from them asking if everything is okay we couldn’t ask for better estate agents. They helped contact our solicitor and explained every step of the process to us. When needing to get into the property to measure up it was never a problem. We was always letting him by smiling estate agent. Lisa took the time 12 months ago to show us property styles and then 6 months ago we identified the one we wanted (style, location & outlook). Lisa, the agent, conducted viewings very p[rofessionally and kept us informed as to feedback. We received an acceptable offer and so our case passed to Maria. She went beyond the call of duty by chasing the purchasers' solicitors but more importantly kept our solicitors on her toes, liaised with POSOL, introduced the removal company who acted speedily, and on our behalf, engaged a cleaner. All of this ensured that our sale proceeded to an exchange much to our relief. As for our solicitors, the least the said the better, but without Maria, we might not have got to a conclusion.The whole experience confirmed that good agents are a godsend in getting it done, and we can't recommend Lisa and Maria highly enough.

I sold my property through Marina Life Homes. Initially I was concerned as they do not have the wide network of offices and glossy brochures of some other local agents. However they do know their market very well and once they found an interested party they worked very hard to get a deal agreed. Where I do feel they were exemplary was in the time and effort they put into hand-holding the deal and liaising with all the other parties in the chain. We had a few problems with the buyers at the bottom of the chain holding everything up but Maria was on the case on a daily basis chasing agents and solicitors down the chain and keeping me advised. It was quite a stressful transaction in the end but the team at Marina Life were with me all the way and I felt in very safe hands.

If your face fits and fit in with their standards then you are ok, was given a section 21 notification so that they could get rid of my disabled wife and I just they can make more money on the rent, as a result my wife and are homeless and having to move 350 miles from family and friends so we have a roof over our head.the house inspection every 6 months was the same response on the form and was in the property for a max of 3 minutes then leave. The attitude towards my wife was in my opinion with contempt as we believe they did not want cheap properties on their books. Will never use them again, the help we received was minimal as they just wanted us out ontje pretents of doing the property up so they could let the property out at the going rate.
