GoogleMo and his team have been utterly outstanding. This would easily be a 5* review were it not for the firm of solicitors that Cubitt and West recommend to buyers. That firm have been atrocious and have held the sale up considerably causing totally unnecessary stress. We highly recommend the team at C&W but best avoid their conveyancers at all cost.

I didn't not buy a property they had listed, however they have put my intouch we solicitors and mortgage advisors through there company that I can use regardless of weather I purchased through them or not. They all really want the best for the customer even if that means they don't benefit from it!

Michelle, the sales advisor at the Portsmouth branch was extremely helpful. Communication A+, always keep me updated with all the properties status and they always open to help. Will recommend!

The service they give is not up to the price they charge. 1.5% and any extras they can talk you into.Communication via email was patchy and did nothing to advance the sale.Avoid.
