GoogleSo this is my first time moving out and going to rent a house/flat so I am not as experienced as some and I do need some support and guidance from agents. Some agents brush you off and think about themselves but the agents I have met from Cubitt & West estate agents (Daniel & Abbie) have been absolutely amazing. They were welcoming to the house/flat that I was viewing and they helped with every question I asked. Both agents are not only there to help renting the perfect flat but they are also there to help me on the journey through finding the right place and understanding everything there is to know about renting for the first time. I found out things that I didn’t know before from both Dan and Abbie that no other agent has explained to me. They are both lovely people and deserve this praise that I am giving them in this review. Just wanted to say thank you to them and hope that the great support they are giving me through this, carries on!
Hello Ethan, Thank you for your kind review - we will pass this on to the team! Best wishes, Cubitt & West

TrustpilotExcellent service and friendly helpful staff
I currently have my house on the market eith the Cranleigh branch of Cubitt and West, and would like to recommend them to anyone who is considering selling. From my first contact with Ross the manager who was informative, helpful and friendly, through to Kate, who has been absolutely brilliant in showing people round, keeping me well informed as to what is happening with the process, telling me about any feed back from the viewings and above all keeping me up to date with everything. They are both a credit to the company and with people like Kate 'on the Job' I feel confident that we will sell very soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Cranleigh branck and Kate in particular. Well done all at Cranleigh.

TrustpilotFinding apartment at Portsmouth
We had a good experience with this company branch Portsmouth, UK, London road especially the lady named Holly Mackay Lettings Advisor. We had a tuff two weeks searching for apartment at Portsmouth but Miss Holly had done the impossible things to finalize and expedite the agreement and approvals from the landlord and refrencing company. Finally her support and patience is appreciated. I recommend everyone to deal with her.

TrustpilotHappy, helpful team.
As first time sellers it’s been daunting, especially in todays world and the current situation with the housing market. But we have had nothing but reassurance from the whole team. Kate our sales advisor helped us to get everything in order in the preparation and during the process of selling and buying our new properties. If your looking for someone that’s attentive, believe me- she is the one! The whole team are very organised and has everything in order, Kate specifically was always a step ahead of us and called ahead of paperwork deadlines to check in on us and give us a helping hand. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful estate agents on our doorstep! Thank you 😊

Cubitt & West were really helpful in our search for our first home. Although we ultimately ended up progressing with a property marketed by another agent, we were very grateful to Alia Hawes for all her support in our search. TrustpilotThe Cubitt & West lettings team were so…
The Cubitt & West lettings team were so helpful with the process of putting my flat up for rental. They understood my priorities and communicated all the details I needed to think about e.g. smoke/CO alarms, tax on profits etc. They were patient with keys that didn't work for the flat (despite working earlier) and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I'm have zero concerns about working with them moving forward.
Hi Katherine,Thank you for leaving a review! It's fantastic to hear how helpful our lettings team have been throughout the process of putting your flat up for rent.Best wishes,Cubitt & West.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. The valuation reports was both prompt but also comprehensive.Once a sale was agreed, the senior sales progressor (Julie) was amazing and kept us informed at every step of the way, including providing updates from solicitors on a regular basis. TrustpilotWell done Aden Radojevic!
Aden Radojevic arranged our viewing promptly and greeted us outside the property with a warm welcome. We were very impressed by his professionalism but above all his passion for the property industry. He was very amiable and built a good rapport quickly and answered all our questions with knowledge and with confidence. I am sure Aden will be a great success for years to come. Well done!
