We used Cubitt & West to rent out our flat in Littlehampton, can honestly say we've had absolutely no issues with the whole process moving ahead very quickly, from finding a tenant to getting the tenancy agreement set up, it's been an incredibly smooth process. The majority of the correspondence and information was passed through Marcus Farrow who was able to answer all and any queries and we are very grateful for his quick replies to emails and how stress free the whole process was

Whilst going through the motions of my first mortgage on my own. I had the pleasure of communicating with Rebecca in Portsmouth, who was most helpful and kept the lines of communication open from start to finish even when things seamed impossible to navigate.But with Rebecca's help along the way, there was light at the end of the tunnel.I finally have my own place to call home.

GoogleI decided to rent through a new letting agent and have been really impressed with Abbie Tallack from Cubitt and West. She’s been exceptionally helpful and efficient. As soon as I emailed in, she organised everything, liaising with the existing tenant, quickly valuing the property, informing me of what was needed to make it more rentable, arranging a viewing day and finding me a tenant very quickly. She responded to emails really promptly and made sure that a colleague was on hand to help if she was going to be out of the office. Abbie took control of everything making the process very easy and effortless for me. Nothing has been too much trouble, she’s solution oriented and has gone the extra mile to ensure all my requirements are met. The dealings I’ve had with other members of the team have also been helpful, efficient and polite. GoogleAs a first time buyer I had lots of questions about the whole process. Michelle was always on hand to give advice or point me in the direction of someone that could help relieve my anxieties. Throughout, I spoke to a number of people at Cubitt and West - all of which were professional and responsive to any enquiries I had. I also had a meeting with a financial advisor (I forget his name) which was really informative and allowed me to consider different mortgage options which was really useful at the start of the process.

GoogleThe staff I dealt with at this Cubitt & West were exceptional. Michael Sinnott was my main point of contact and he was an incredibly friendly, helpful, patient and efficient advisor. He answered every question I had promptly, pressed for more information from third parties when he had to and was a delight to deal with. Unfortunately Michael was unwell on the day my offer was accepted, but Michelle took over and despite only temporarily dealing with my purchase was just as warm and friendly as Michael was. In this market it really is brilliant to have estate agents who adopt a slightly more personal approach to dealing with buyers. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Thank you very much.

We had a burst water main and although we ended up without water for a week and risk of it being turned off again after a weekend of it being on and still leaking, Sadie at the management hub was and has continued to be really amazing. She was sympathetic, empathetic and everything she set out to do, in order to resolve the problem she did. She chased landlords, contractors and even provided me with information on who else to contact to get the matter resolved.5 star rating from me. She checks in and makes sure it's all still ok even months after the incident.

Despite a very convincing hard sale, with promise of above market service, it was all very mediocre. There was poor copper action with our requests in the marketing material. The open day was managed by very junior, inexperienced staff. A worse if all the verbally agreed price with the branch manager was not the final demand. The advert 'no added extras' was not applied as they added a marketing charge to the agreed price. This company is not worth the extra cost. Mediocre at best. Avoid .
