TrustpilotSuperb support for a stress free purchase
We dealt with Ross Whelan, in the North End Branch when purchasing our flat on a right to buy scheme. Ross took any stress away by liaising with the solicitors, helping me with paperwork and hand delivering documents. Ross also pointed me in the direction of the in house mortgage advisor Darren and solicitors DC Law who were equally as helpful.

We were supported by Charles when looking into purchasing a second property. I found him to be highly professional and knowledgeable, he was able to answer any questions we had, and if he didn't have the answers was more than happy to find out for us. He was also early to the viewing which I found extremely professional.

TrustpilotI recently purchased my first property…
I recently purchased my first property through Beals. The whole process was incredibly quick and smooth as everything was done in house, including the mortgage advisors and solicitors. I was especially impressed with the support and level of professionalism the whole team showed. They were really personable and had my best interest at heart throughout the process. I would throughly recommend Beals, and will definitely use them again in the future.

TrustpilotLucy Watt, trust worthy Estate Agent
Estate agents have a reputation and quite rightly so. However, Lucy Watt at Beals has smashed that reputation. Lucy is so hard working, she listens carefully to your requirements and works tirelessly to achieve your dreams. If this lady trained every one in this business it would change estate sales for the better.

TrustpilotRecommended estate agents
We used Beals to sell our house and the move was completed last week. I would recommend Beals not only because they are competitively priced compared to other agents but because they are professional, courteous and Katie in particular did a great job at keeping in contact throughout and pushing things along when required. I would certainly use them again.

TrustpilotWe were stuck abroad due to Covid…
We were stuck abroad due to Covid travelling restrictions and we were waiting seven months to get back home. Jade helped us throughout this very stressful time organising cleaners, decorators and many deliveries into our flat. Jade even helped us with food deliveries so we could walk into our flat to self isolate for 10 days. We couldn’t have managed without her help. Jade and Beals have been absolutely wonderful.
Agent replied · 22 October 2024
Hey Linda, thank you for leaving such an incredible review. We know how difficult your situation was and we are happy that Jade made it so much easier for you whilst you were abroad.
