TrustpilotExcellent and friendly service
Brett and his team, especially Helena, of the North End Portsmouth branch, always represented Beal's in a very professional (but extremely friendly and sympathetic) manner. They kept me updated with the process and definitely made selling my Mum's house a lot easier than I was expecting. I would not hesitate in recommending their services to friends and family.

TrustpilotGood onboarding and launch experience
A very professional approach to an initial visit to my home, followed by a photographer who produced some good photos. The brochure and Rightmove entry both present my home very well.

TrustpilotCould not recommend Beals enough - brilliant estate agents!
The team at Beals have been absolutely brilliant throughout our selling and buying process - we couldn’t recommend them enough. Esmee and Louise have been so helpful when we put our place up for sale and even whilst we were looking to buy. Katie H (Sales Progresser) was honestly fantastic and always went above and beyond. Fab service from start to finish - thanks again for all your help!

TrustpilotSERVICE WITH A DIFFERENCE
A very big thank you to Luenna-Jane for her friendly and professional service. Most of the rental companies I have dealt with previously have been very impersonal and in a hurry to get the deal done. Luenna made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and has helped us through all the steps in a respectful and sincere manner. She is a real gem.

Lucy has been so helpful with helping us to purchase our first home, nothing has been to much trouble for her and has always been so quick to respond to any questions or queries we may have, she has been flexible with viewings and worked around what worked for us, rather than herself. I highly recommend using beales.

Trustpilot4 bed rental help
I called for some advice on 4 bed rentals as we need more space with a large family. Shelby was really helpful and knowledgable, helped us with locations and rough prices to expect. We are now on the look out for a bigger home and Shelby will keep us posted if something that ticks out boxes comes along.

TrustpilotI have been using Beals for around 5…
I have been using Beals for around 5 years for my BTL properties. I have always found them to be very responsive and they seem to always find tenants in a reasonable time. Jasmin/Lucy in North End are a credit to the business. Property Management/Maintenance are up and down but Front Office in the most part is faultless.
Hi Henry, thank you for reviewing your experience with Beal's! Jasmin, Lucy and the entirety of the team were delighted hear you had a great experience with us. We hope you have a great day :)

CHIDINMA SI needed to move my family to a comfortable location and when I saw the house advert by Beals. We reached out to them and got excellent service from Miss Aisha Baker and Mr. Suman Sarker from the Bitterene branch. What was more interesting was that after the necessary checks we met our move in deadline and all thanks to Beals Agency.
