Fabulous Service

We had a bit of a hectic time trying to coordinate moving house and honestly Michael was a saviour. The service he provided was above and beyond throughout, from start to finish he was always on hand for any queries and issues we had. Michael, Robyn and their team were on top of the whole process, ensuring all communication between the landlord and them was fully communicated to us, and at every step making sure we were happy with how things were progressing. Michael was fabulous at keeping us informed and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was going ahead as needed to get us into the house - even through set backs on both ends, Michael really made the effort to make sure we were well taken care of from start to finish.

I would recommend this company

I would highly recommend this company, especially if Fin is your main point of contact he works in the Worthing office. I was in a very difficult situation with my tenant who refused to leave my property, even after I had given the required two months’ contractual notice. Fin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire negotiation process and worked professionally with both parties to ensure the matter was resolved as smoothly and quickly as possible. I fully understood the tenants’ situation, and Fin handled everything in a fair, respectful, and professional manner while also making sure I was able to regain possession of my property without unnecessary delays.

Friendly and professional agents who made viewings simple with no pressure (shout out to Lucy in the Goring branch who went back out of hours to help us retrieve our kid's lost phone from one of the houses!). When it came to purchasing they were swift and communicated well. After the offer was accepted having Jane in the dedicated Sales Progression team after meant that everything moved as quickly as possible with queries dealt with efficiently and sympathetically. Not so good p

I don’t normally leave reviews on other people’s behalf but this situation is outrageous. My friend moved into a lovely flat, or so we thought, and the following issues occurred: no hot water for 3 months, no fridge shelves, shower completely broken, building materials left through the flat, and no working plug sockets in the kitchen. Not only did half of their flat not function, but they were promised a free months rent for all of these troubles. To this day, no free rent or discount or money has been given back. Embarassing quite frankly.

Rented a flat through Beals.I saw a 2 bedroom flat I wanted to rent after just coming out of a divorce, I went into Beals and spoke with Lucy Watt who I cannot recommend enough. Carly was my first point of contact, She came round, Looked around briefly & listened. She was friendly, approachable, informative and helpful, most importantly not pushy just knowledgable and gave options for what we wanted to achieve. We were not ready initially and she again, listened and didn't over contact! When we decided to go with Beals, Carly came round and again, being very experienced, was not pushy but listened, questioned & gave options allowing us to make the decision we felt happy with. I then also dealt with Jade who dealt with the viewings - which came thick and fast! Communication was great and We had an offer after just 5 viewings in less than 1 week. We acheived a decent price and I couldn't be happier with the service so far. I would absolutely reccommend Beals to anyone!
