A very massive thank you to Zoe who has helped us find our perfect home! Answered every question honestly and based our viewing on a "no BS" policy which was highly appreciated! Everything has moved forwards without any issues and we'll be moving into our new property month end! Emails were quick and efficient, responses were within a very short space of time. Our previous Letting Agent had our rental property on their books for months with hardly a viewing and I was getting very concerned about finding new tenants to cover our financial outgoings. Within a matter of days of switching to Anstey (now Beal's) we had several viewings lined up and a couple of weeks after that a signed contract for the next rental year. We were relieved and grateful to Rhys and his team for making this process quick, easy and painless and we're happy to say all subsequent dealings with them have been exactly the same! Even asking more recently for a recommendation for a good, reliable local plumber Rhys replied within hours and his plumber proved to be just that. An easy 5 star recommendation.

As a tenant I've had a really great experience over the last 3 years in the same property.1: Rhys has been my primary contact from the day I was shown round my flat. He responds quickly to questions, is efficient and friendly. He's a real asset to the business. 2: The Beals online property file is a very useful tool for tenants. It lets you upload pictures of any maintenance issues that might arise, and schedules visits from contractors. It also allows you to view your tenancy details.I'm very glad to be with Beals; Rhys has made the experience a very positive one. We purchased a house through Beals Estate agents, our journey started early November. We met Emily at the property, she was professional and offered really great tips, on the potential of the property etc. She was straight to the point on what the seller wanted, which put us in the best position. She rang the day after the viewing and we put our offer on the property!Emily was our go to, she was thorough and constantly requesting updates from us, the seller and the lawyers. The whole process will be done by early Jan, I want to say Emily being on the ball has really ensured for us to get through the interim period quicker than prev estate agents we have dealt with.Emily has been a pleasure to deal with, always has a smile, friendly and great communication! Urgent move into the area, thankfully I have the lovely Jess to help me out. She was there from viewing right through to getting settled in. Always at the end of an email or phone call for any questions I had or anything I needed help with. when it came to moving, Amber and Jess were both Swift in organising the change over and collection of keys so I could get in quickly. So accommodating to my needs as far as timescale and urgency. Even now I’m in the flat, Jess is still at the other end of an email or phone.

I have been a tenant under Beals for 10 years at the same property. Up until recently my point of contact changed a lot and the service I received wasn’t the best. However I have recently had Mollie-Mae West as my contact and she has been incredibly helpful and actually seems to care about any issues I may have. Even going as far as checking in after the fact to make sure any issues have been resolved/sorted out. IMO Mollie is a great asset to Beals and I cannot state enough how good it is to have someone so dependable and reliable as a contact :)
