Huge thanks to both Ben Foster and Emily Woodings at the North End branch of Beals for their assistance in selling my flat. Ben came to value the flat and was friendly, quickly understood my situation and took the time to answer my many questions. Beals (Lauren in particular) have been great and very helpful in our buying process. They have also been a big help during our selling process even though this was done privately. After an absolute nightmare and a long 8 months of our previous buyer falling through, things have been done very speedily and we have also been kept up to date with the process. Beals stole our £2.5k deposit despite leaving the house exactly how it was when we moved in. Contacted Molly Mae who put me through to Hayley Gooding and Kirsty Millis. They both ignored my emails over and over again, obviously hoping I would get bored and eventually give up. They are still yet to reply and refusing to engage at all in any talk of the stolen deposit. While we were living in the house (that was full of black mould just to add), they would often email saying we hadn’t paid rent even though all of us had. They obviously thought they could squeeze more out of us, hoping we weren’t paying close attention. DO NOT rent from this company, they will steal whatever they can if you let them.

I have a sale going through on one of the properties and she has been helpful with that. One of my questions she didn't know the answer but got back to me the next day. Was a great viewing unfortunately not quite right for me.
