TrustpilotAll hail James Robinson
After over 10 months of a landlord dispute and poor communication from everyone else dealing with this within reeds rains step forward James Robinson, James helped solve a dispute that nobody seemed to be bothered with before in about 10 minutes, very professional and an asset to the company.

TrustpilotI was lied to and highly disappointed
I was lied to, given false assurances by Alister only to be phoned to take payment but instead after speaking only hours earlier about i could secure it that he had given it to a couple who shown previous interest. Do not trust this chesterfield branch

Kelly in Bangor Co Down branch couldn’t have been more helpful at what was a stressful house hunting time. Once property was agreed she continued to answer questions as if I was still a potential customer. Cannot fault this branch at all

TrustpilotTerrible company
Terrible company - the service is the worst I have experienced ever in renting. They pass blame for problems with residence and don't fix them. No care for customers and they lie.

TrustpilotThe worst letting agents I have ever…
The worst letting agents I have ever dealt with. Repairs just go untouched for months because "The landlord refuses to do them". Staff at the local office are pleasant enough but they really shouldn't allow a landlord like this to let properties through them knowing what she is like.
