TrustpilotOverall very good exerience
Overall, a very good experience from Ocean's estate agency and conveyancing teams. Obvious great local knowledge. Found me several potential buyers, so managed to achieve a good offer above the target. Helpful all the way through, with regular updates about progress with the process. The only disappointment was at the interface between the agency and conveyancing teams, as I was quoted the wrong conveyancing fee by the agency team.

TrustpilotHighly recomend
* Excellent communication with the client throughout the process* A good team approach. If one member wasn't available another knew what was happening and could action it.* A competitive fee structure* This is specialised legal conveyancing company - They do nothing but property conveyancing so know what they are doing.
