The whole experience with Ocean was fantastic from start to finish.In fact, the process started 4 years ago when I needed a valuation for divorce purposes. I had a chat with Stefano and explained my situation. He was really helpful and arranged for Lawrence to visit. (Ocean were the only agent that wanted to visit as I had explained that I had no plans to sell imminently). Lawrence came round and provided a written valuation straight away, of which I was very grateful.When circumstances prompted the need to sell last summer, I called upon Stefano and Lawrence again, who gave me an honest appraisal and some good advice on preparing the property to go to market.Ash took some amazing photos, and Lawrence marketed the property at exactly the right price, meaning I had 10 viewings lined up in one day. Joseph carried out the viewings, introduced himself first and obtained 4 offers, giving me the option to chose the best buyer.Lisa progressed the sale and kept me informed at all times, chasing where necessary (particularly as the solicitors at the top of the chain were somewhat slow).I also instructed Ocean Property Lawyers, Livia in particular was excellent - so helpful and friendly, dealing mainly via email which suited me perfectly.I cannot recommend Ocean highly enough (and have already done so, several times).

Ocean estate agents were extremely helpful, professional in finding tenants for my property. Every enquiry was dealt with promptly, politely and with consideration for my needs. I felt I was able to express my opinion whilst being guided by their professional advice. Elliot , James and Jemima have all been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I used Ocean two years ago to find tenants.The tenants they found were perfect. They have just found me new tenants who also appear to be perfect. Many thanks. I can definitely say that I would use Ocean again. My house was re-rented within days . Thank you

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful from the onset. Guiding and supporting us through the sell of our property, answering any questions and keeping in touch throughout the process. Equally the team of solicitors were very good, updating and explaining everything we needed to do, nothing was too much trouble and we have also used them for buying our new property. The whole experience has been relatively stress free, everything went smoothly and we would definitely use again should the need arise. We would 100% highly recommend Ocean to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property.

Ocean conveyancing recently acted for both my sale and purchase.I found all the team to be friendly and polite. Communication was good and they responded promptly to both email and phone calls, offering to drop paperwork off at the house when it needed to be resigned.The team were very focused on ensuring that all legal and statutory requirements of the sale process were accurate. The only reason for giving four stars was the proof of funds process for my purchase was rather protracted. It would have helped to understand at the start what evidence was acceptable.I particularly liked the Hoowla app, which enabled me to track the process and upload documents very easily.Finally, as their office is located at the Portishead branch of Ocean it was helpful to be able to speak to them face to face and to drop off signed paperwork.All in all a very positive and stress free experience. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you.
