GoogleI was really impressed with Ocean from start to finish. In particular Paul was really helpful to us. He was professional from start to finish and really seemed to want to help us. I've used other agents in the past and haven't been that impressed. Ocean and Paul made us feel like they actually cared as opposed to just being another customer. It's not often I write a positive review, So they must be doing something right! Really pleased, thanks again chaps!

Its especially Charlie BartLETt (Ocean Portishead Lettings agent), who never gave us an expression of confusion while we are searching for a property, but he found a pretty flat for us in Portishead. That was a tough time, where we are finding no properties, Charlie was very good at his work, as his name itself has 'LET'.

Had a really great experience purchasing a new property through Ocean. Tom was very knowledgable when viewing the property, Kenny was always on hand to help me with the legal stuff that I didnt understand, Georgina and Rosie kept me up to date throughout and Simon Lack not only sorted me a great rate with my mortgage, but kept me informed the whole way through the process making it as painless as possible when buying somewhere. Highly recommend going through these guys, I barely had to chase anyone and glad I used all their services.

Individuals were pleasant and helpful but I felt there was a lack of communication between offices and personnel at times which meant I had to repeat information several times. This created anxiety at a stressful time.

Tom came to look at the house and explained the process and what Ocean would do. We agreed a sale price which was at the high end of the three estate agents we spoke to. The photos looked great, including some drone shots.The house sold within a week at £10K over asking price. The whole process went on for about six months, but they were there throughout and always on the case. We had trouble with our purchase falling through and the sale wavered, but Ocean didn't put a foot wrong.

I was buying my first flat in Portishead and needed a lot of support with the process, especially since there were delays on both sides for various reasons. Oceans (and Demi in particular) have been great and persevered with all my queries.
