Willowbrook office. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We did not know anything about the people viewing the house as all done by text message, complete lack of communication. Rude and unprofessional, especially the manager Stefano who was also very arrogant. Brought my wife to tears. Not willing to work with us in getting the best price for our house and just want a quick sale. Avoid them at all costs.

Update: 2/10/23Upon further review of the extensive case notes and interviewing each team member regarding this matter. We unreservedly refute all claims of poor service. It should be made clear that Ocean Estate Agents were the 4th local agent instructed by you. We achieved a good level of viewings and an offer to purchase, which was accepted and subsequently rejected by you. It is very apparent that our team made every effort to provide the same high standards of service and client care for which they have become known locally as market leaders. It is also very clear that our team endured unprecedented levels of unacceptable comments, insults, and insinuations causing high levels of stress for some team members. For this reason, the decision was made by Ocean Estate Agents to dis-instruct ourselves from the sale of your property. Ocean have taken on marketing our apartment and have done a great job. We have had numerous applicants who are all suitable. We have various levels of management to chose from. Everyone we have dealt with in the Lettings Dept have been very helpful, especially Abu, who has dealt with our enquiries courteously and efficiently. Nothing has been too much trouble for him.

We were introduced to a delightful property just as it came onto the market which enabled us to view it without too much competition.Ocean agency staff were helpful and held our hand(s) by use of the Lawyers ‘Activity App’ to mark the progress of our intended purchase. We had planned to move into our new home in October’24, which would have been our preferred moving date.Unknown legalities resulted in our delayed move. The unpredictability regarding the legal constraints was quite testing & frustrating and resulted in increased stamp duty costs.Thankfully our landlords were cooperative as we couldn’t be clear on an actual date of our notice to quit our tenancy agreement. We are finally in our beautiful new home and settling into our new surroundings. Thank You

Google5star service and would highly recommend. We bought our house through Ocean and love it more and more everyday. Paul really listened and knew what we were looking for, and he gave us the confidence that he'd find the right house for us. There was no bias held between us and the seller and it was handled very professionally and personally, meaning we received a good deal, moved in quickly and were found a house that ticked more than all the boxes. GoogleI was really impressed with Ocean from start to finish. In particular Paul was really helpful to us. He was professional from start to finish and really seemed to want to help us. I've used other agents in the past and haven't been that impressed. Ocean and Paul made us feel like they actually cared as opposed to just being another customer. Its especially Charlie BartLETt (Ocean Portishead Lettings agent), who never gave us an expression of confusion while we are searching for a property, but he found a pretty flat for us in Portishead. That was a tough time, where we are finding no properties, Charlie was very good at his work, as his name itself has 'LET'.
