TrustpilotOverall good.
Elizabeth was great at communicating progression. I never met her but her emails were efficient and prompt. Viewings..A little more respect of the house would be appreciated, footprints etc. Admittedly the property was empty and needed an overhaul but it was an emotional attachment and home.Overall a good outcome, and would use again if needed.

TrustpilotGreat experience
I was lucky to benefit from high quality support from Tommy. He was able to listen, be responsive and support throughout the process. In my opinion, these are essential qualities to be able to apprehend the move into a new home with complete peace of mind. Thank you so much Tommy!

TrustpilotHouse sale
Right from the initial valuation to us handing in our keys on completion, the team at Ocean Portishead were fantastic, they went above and beyond our expectations, we really couldn’t have asked for more. Their excellent communication within their team and with us and our solicitor really made a huge difference.

Ocean estate agents have been brilliant at every stage of a complicated purchase. Melissa Bell and the team in the Westbury office have been amazing in looking after the process in a very professional and supportive way: always accessible, patient, friendly and encouraging. Excellent communication skills go a long way. Thank you.

Trustpilot5* Service Start to Completion.
I have recently purchased my first property. Kelly and her team have been phenomenal throughout the whole process. At a very stressful time, I have felt totally supported throughout and couldn't have asked for better communication. They have managed to complete in just 9 weeks, which has been fantastic. I have already recommended to others and look forward to using them again in the future.

TrustpilotIncredible
Tracey and Simon are both incredibly knowledgable and supportive especially on complex topics like mortgages and finances. Simon had multiple online calls with us to talk us through the process and what we should expect. Tracey was amazing at supporting us after we submitted our application.

GoogleWe have had a number of poor experiences with agents in the Portishead so it has been refreshing to deal with Matthew and the team at Ocean during our recent (ongoing) house purchase. He is trustworthy and demonstrates high levels of integrity which sets him apart from his competitors and he genuinely cares about the outcome for his vendors and buyers alike. We have sold with another agent in Portishead (who is also very good) but I would strongly recommend Matthew and the Ocean team to prospective sellers and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him on a future sale myself. TrustpilotFriendly, responsive & approachable
Simon was quick to respond and friendly in his approach while supporting us with our house purchase. He worked to get us the best mortgage rates throughout the process, even applying for new products so that we always had the best rates. We really felt like he was on our side. We’ve recommended Simon to friends since this, and would recommend again.

TrustpilotOk service could be better.
Service when picking up keys was not very welcoming. Asked in a very blunt way if I had the cash for appliances we were buying. Was not very friendly at this point. There was no congrats in buying the property. (Didn't feel special). At the start they were very friendly, but did not like the end when picking up the keys.
