Quay holidays have run and maintained my holiday let my property for a couple of years now. They are a very professional and established company who literally take care of everything. There is a lot of hard work and organising that goes on behind the scenes that I haven't really quite appreciated. The whole team are very experienced, who want the very best for their clients and tenants. The property is always immaculately cleaned each time, with an amazing welcome pack for every new client !! AVOID!!! Please go elsewhere unless you want to be bullied and slandered. Extremely unprofessional and do not honour their side of the contracts. This agency blame me for the high turnover og of tenants. 8lzin fact it was a drunk whose life is so empty that she watched the website to see if that house was available. She wrote malicious letters to each tenant. She is the cause of the problems. I could not understand why the tenants became hostile to me. I have been tortured by high pitch sounds, assaulted, and lied about on Facebook.This morning, 2 employees were at another house, illegally parked and blocking my footpath. They refused to move the 2 vehicles and one was extremely rude. I took phone calls for this company for 3 weeks. The police know. I have never had an apology or compensation for my time. When I went in to apologise for a misunderstanding all i got was rudeness. They libeled me last time I wrote a review. All the calls I took were from angry tenants. Such unpleasant behavior is unacceptable . They tell lies about the house in my road to attract tenants which leads to anti social behaviour. The police are aware. The anti social behaviour never stops and Quay Living doesn't care.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

Really good agency, we have never had any problem with them. We didn't really enjoyed the area of High Street in Poole and that was the only one reason we decided to move out. Between my husband and I, we've had dealings with Quay Living for nearly 10 years now. In the capacity of vendor, landlord and holiday rentals, we've tried and tested their property sales and management ability with ease. The office is lead by owner, Helen Challis, who's efficiency and professional approach is second to none. It's not unusual to see Helen in the office after hours to simply get business done. Reap what you sow! We're always reassured by the knowledge of the team who have their "finger on the pulse" and seem well informed whenever we've needed urgent help.
