Very happy customer, would definitely recommend! I’ve just completed the sale of my property which was marketed by Leaders Sales in Poole and listed back in December 2017. From first contact, their sales team were very friendly and took the time to understand my circumstances and requirements but were also in no way pushy which was great. On instruction, it took no longer than 2 weeks to sell the property which was fantastic and allowed me to find my onwards purchase even quicker than anticipated. Notice before viewings was always given and the team there consisting of Ian, Abbi & Michelle were always on hand to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. During the conveyancing process, the sale was adopted by the Leaders sales progression team where this sale was dealt with by Lucie. I have to mention Lucie too as she was a massive help along the way with going between both parties and helping to get vital answers to questions that helped bring the sale to its conclusion. Lucie was very friendly and her department is definitely a positive which helped to alleviate the natural stress associated with selling a property. Overall a very happy customer and I’m hoping Leaders can open a sales capability in the branch I’m moving to next, in which case I’d have no hesitation to use them again. Thank you to all the team for selling my property and for all your help.

We purchased our flat 13 years ago. This is when we first met Ian. He looked after us wonderfully. We went on to let out our flat for the last 3 years. The Leaders Letting team looked after us for this also. Now we have just successfully sold the flat with the same fantastic service as years previously. I have had an ongoing professional relationship with Leaders over the years. I have just sold my mums house through them and can not praise our negotiator , Sophie, highly enough. I genuinely believe the sale probably would not have gone through without her. She is extremely professional, thorough and most importantly does what she says she will do! Left the property almost 6 weeks ago and still haven't had our deposit back from estate agent, despite landlord agreeing to give full deposit back. We have had no communication from leaders as to why they are holding our deposit. Extremely disappointing service for tenants.
