I had a really bad experience with Carol from the Eastleigh estate agents. She cancelled our viewing 2 hours before when she had plenty of time to give us more notice, she had no idea what was going on and gave the impression she couldn’t care less and I could of booked somewhere else and not wasted my time. She didn’t even sound bothered on the phone. Very unprofessional service and I will not be using again!

Keep up Goadsby! It’s 2022 and customers matter. Revolting company. Mean, unfriendly bullies in all aspects. Misrepresentation of facts. Underhand and sly. Shockingly poor. Having read their replies to other one star reviews, it’s clear they do not learn from their mistakes. Never once did I receive an apology for the appalling treatment I received as their customer. Plenty of wonderful Estate Agents out there. Use them!

Wanted to view a property last week and had to chase the office as jo response to on line contact, then to be told an offer had been put in, not accepted at that time. This week booked to view another got to the property and had acall to say the offer on it had been accepted. I have more business accuman in my little finger than they have put together..

Our recent dealings with Goadsby Eastleigh must make them the worst estate agents Following a reduced last minute offer from our buyers which we rejected they then decided to show them the new property which we had paid a deposit to the developer and effectively gazump us So we now have to re-market our property find another buyer and somewhere to purchase please Avoid Goadsby at all costs they are awful

Wareham lettings were useless. They have no concept that an empty property is losing money. They took far too long to do the referencing for me and then still expected me to pay the full amount of their bill. (I didn't.) They employ juniors who have no idea what they're doing. If you're a landlord, go elsewhere.

My partner had an awful experience with Goadsby. Very quick to take her money but then it was all down hill. Customer service & communication was appalling, a culture of arrogance seems to run through the company. Luckily there are many other estate agents to choose from, which is exactly what we've done with our latest sale & purchase.
