We purchased a house through Austin and Wyatt. This involved the sale of my apartment. What should have been a simple sale with my property, became hugely drawn out due to other parts in the chain causing frustration. Despite what ended up being a long period of time because of this, Laura and the team managed to keep our onward purchase on board. Laura was also chasing right up and down the chain to secure this deal. It worked out well for us all in the end, but the majority of that was down to Laura's direct efforts within the transaction. We found both Laura and Charlie with whom we dealt with from Austin and Wyatt, extremely helpful and responsive. We would use them again and we highly recommend them. They are excellent problem solvers and a great local company. Thank you for helping us secure our home.

Viewed at a property and put in an offer the same day. Had a phone call 24 hours after asking if i still wanted to proceed with offer. Confirmed yes and was told i did not have a mortgage in principle. Please be aware i had sent this before a viewing where a mortgage broker had already sorted the paper work for a confirmed mortgage and illustration. I was told to use there in house mortgage broker as would help with the sale for an offer i had put in for. Sent numerous of documents to this broker. I was then was told at the end by them that they would find me another property ( I could buy for higher then what i had viewed and sent documents within 24 hours of being asked). I asked if the property had gone and why i did not have any communication from the estate agents to confirm this. I then recieved a call after i complained to the mortgage broker about clarity and communication. Basically wasted my time when they knew the property had gone to try get myself to buy another property. I had seen numerous of properties by the estate agent on email for my properties that i had said time and time again dont meet my preference. Why was i completing this process if had already been sold to another buyer. When i spoke to the branch i was told i know its dissapointing. As i explained as i previously brought and sold a home that was not my issue. it was the lack of proffesionalism, clarity, communication and not responsive. If looking for an estate agent that wont waste time please do not use. Will not use this estate agent again for other buyers who dont want time wasted when selling their own home currently.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Despite choosing to buy right slap bang in the middle of the Covid lockdown, my whole transaction was handled utterly professionally by the staff. I cannot thank Hannah & Kerry enough for the excellent work that they put into the whole experience. All of my enquiries were handled perfectly. This has been by some measure the best estate agent office that I have used for a house sale, which was especially valued by me after an extremely poor service from Purple Bricks. The Lower Parkstone office of Austin Wyatt is dynamically led by Hannah Palmer, who was tenacious in her efforts to get my apartment sold. She has imbued the same spirit in all her staff, who work collegiately together in a very notable way. I was always kept informed and regularly telephoned, or sent text messages to keep me up-to-date with proceedings. I cannot rate Hannah and her team too highly and unreservedly recommend them to vendors seeking a swift and efficient service.

We recently completed the sale of our Property in Poole through your Branch in Ashley Cross, Lower Parkstone, Poole and have to say the service and help we received was superb from every angle and by everyone involved in the process from start to finish. Initially we chose Austin Wyatt through contact with Scott Sowter, which continued even when later Scott moved to Berkeley Homes we were more than ably assisted by Rob Love and the whole process completed by Hannah Palmer who was very much in the driving seat bringing this to a satisfactory conclusion. We should mention too Nicola Vorster for her contribution. There were a number of problems over almost 10mths and we're grateful for everyones contribution in driving this along, but no more so than Hannah Palmer during those final 3mths. The initial viewing could have been better informed as the person accompanying us was somewhat thrown by questions we asked. Having said that we then returned for a second viewing with Scott the manager who clearly knew his stuff.
