GoogleI am a multi-property Landlord, and I had the fortune to deal with Hern and Crabtree more than once. They are true professionals with an excellent human touch. They are the Rolls-Royce in the Estate Agency in Cardiff. An actual value for your money experience and, most important, your peace of mind. I have just completed a purchase with the Pontcanna office and received excellent service from all team members. Special thanks go to Ms Gina: we encountered some obstacles with Vendor’s Solicitor but Gina, with her expertise and experience, resolved all issues, supported us, and transformed the whole experience into a memorable one, smooth as silk!

GoogleHern and Crabtree have been worth every penny. Mike's photography was outstanding and Rhodri's advice has been spot on and fair throughout. I was also really impressed with Mitchell and Gina, who were very responsive and helpful. I can't recommend them as an outfit more.

We didn't really hear from them unless it was important, no unnecessary communication. Weren't pushy just effecient. If we were selling or decide to rent we would use them! Phil and Sian

GoogleGoogle states that they are open on a Saturday from 9-5, they are not, had a walk round about 12:30 but they were closed. So keep that in mind.
Thank you for the five star review and for spotting we had to close the Pontcanna office today for a short while. Demand for viewings has gone through the roof so we took a view and accommodated a few extra ones today. Sorry to hear that you felt our description wasn't quite up to the mark. It would be really helpful for you to email us with the property that was described this way so that we are able to speak to the lister and to amend the change too. Sometimes measurements are taken in certain ways with chimney breasts getting in the way or fitted wardrobes, so sometimes they can be a little bit tricky to describe accurately. Thank you kindly for pointing this out to us.
