Avoid if you are a landlord and wish to use their rental service, non existent, ignore communication, contacted 3 times without response over a 28 day period, when it comes to cancellation due to breach of contract they're impossible to get hold of. Quick enough to take your money but terrible customer service for landlord and tenant!

GooglePaul Bardon has been very professional from the start of the sale of our family home. His advice and help from the initial meeting to all the dealings through to exchange, which have been fraught with delay upon delay. Paul and Angela from the Polegate office have updated us regularly and kept the transaction going when it was in danger of being kicked into the long grass. Would thoroughly recommend their services.

GoogleFrom the very first contact Polegate Your Move were friendly and personable as well as as professional. As a very very inexperienced house mover (twice in 73 years!) they put me at ease, explained all of the extensive paperwork involved in renting in detail and eased the process. They accomodated my availability for viewing time and kept me informed of progress as it moved through landlord acceptance and completion. There was even a welcome box with some very handy discounts (which I have used). Your Move Polegate made the whole process of moving as stress-free as it could possibly be. Throughout that time Paul the manager of the Polegate branch of Your Move has been looking after my interests regarding the property, along with his in-branch team. Since our 1st meeting 7 years ago Paul has always shown the highest level of professionalism and experience, along with a friendly, reliable way of doing business where nothing is too much trouble and I always get my problem or query resolved quickly and efficiently, plus all advice is always spot on. If you are looking to rent, buy or sell in Polegate, I cannot recommend Paul and Your Move Polegate enough, as you are guaranteed to be looked after, and your interests cared for. GooglePaul and Angela acted for me during the process fo selling my Mum's house after she passed away. I live in the USA and they gave me a huge amount of confidence with their market knowledge, the fact that they always had their finger on the pulse during the conveyancing process and their excellent, caring and prompt communication. They achieved over the asking price for my family and I, and went above and beyond to take care of aspects of the process that I, as the customer, would usually have been responsible for if I was in the UK. Absolutely appalling how they handle tenants, when i moved in the apartment was dusty and unkempt, they take age to respond to service requests, wont help the tenant in case of emergencies, and their units in Edgbaston have rats. Reported this for 5 months in a row until I left the apartment. They then proceed to take part of your deposit so they can apparently clean the house for the next tenant, rent with them at your own peril.
