You’ll Move With Your Move

We had a lucky time of things with our house getting sold fairly fast considering the market was flat. Gravesend Your Move has an ecliptic team of sales reps, all with their own unique techniques at getting you sold and moved. The branch manager is approachable and quick to respond and we found he worked out of hours to solve some minor issues we had with our buyer. All staff are professional and Sacha is incredibly experienced and knows the estate agency business inside out! Taylor is a people person and has great customer service skills. Overall, we are pleased we picked Your Move to sell through, having dealt with a few clowns in the past, it was a relief to sell through an agent that was grounded, practical and efficient.

Exceptional Service, Highly Recommended! I cannot recommend Your Move highly enough. From the very beginning, they have demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, communication and genuine care. Moving home can be stressful, especially when you have a family (with two babies )so having a letting agent that listens, responds and genuinely wants to help makes such a huge difference. The entire team has been approachable, professional and supportive throughout our tenancy. Whenever we raised any concerns, they were listened to and followed up appropriately. I have been particularly impressed by the way they worked together with our landlord to make sure everything was resolved properly. I also want to give a special mention to our landlord, who has been incredibly kind and considerate. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard and valued. He even personally brought us a beautiful flower, a bottle of wine and two wine glasses, together with a sincere apology for not coming to welcome us when we moved it. Our landlord is an angel. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we will genuinely remember. ❤️ What impressed me most is that this experience showed me that good property management is not just about contracts, rent and paperwork, it is about people, communication and treating tenants with respect. Our landlord has shown genuine care for his property and his tenants, while Your Move has provided the professional support needed to make the tenancy run smoothly. That combination is exactly what you want when renting a home. If you are a landlord looking for an agent you can trust with your property, or a tenant looking for a letting agent that will actually listen and support you, I would definitely recommend giving Your Move a chance. A huge thank you to our landlord and the entire Your Move team especially Paul and Angie for your patience, kindness, professionalism and for going the extra mile. My experience so far with Yourmove has been a good one, it is refreshing to know that there are still estate agents out there that help you every step of the way, that's how I have felt being a single person, not knowing what to do and when, being walked through the process every step of the way, nothing seems to be too much, even out of hours. Very much appreciated, having had experience with other agents none of them seem a patch on Yourmove. Obviously the process is a stressful one, but I feel lucky I chose these.
