GoogleThe Polegate team are brilliant , they kept me informed every step of way in the sale of my bungalow. Always very pleasant and polite to talk to. I would say they are a credit to the company and would recommend Fox and Son to anyone selling a property. Please let Emma know that I managed to move in to my new place on November 5th after 10 days in my touring caravan and settling in nicely. She showed compassion and understanding in what was for me very trying times. A big big thank you to all the staff at Polegate and I wish each and everyone there a very merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Kane and his team worked tirelessly to get us an asking price offer, helped complete the chain as well as helping chase solicitors through to completion! You just can’t ask for more! GoogleI made a telephone enquiry. .to be advised that the property was stc..although disappointed with the news after my conversation with Ellie I came off the phone more than positive. This lady was able to answer my many questions in a confident and professional manner. Having trained staff in sales management for a high street bank and mystery shopped. ..I can say well done to this member of staff. .although only in the estate agent for a short while she ticked all the boxes

GoogleWe tried to buy a new build from them and we were given the totally wrong information regarding price, plot etc they then more or less said we were lying when we discussed putting an offer of the asking price but later were told 'oh no that one is 20,000 more' but it was the exact house we viewed !!! Which we actually viewed twice - very unprofessional !

GoogleI was recommended Fox And Sons by a close family member recently as I was buying my first property, and I can say the service was exceptionally good. Our agent Kane worked closely with me and my partner to find the right property and we couldn't be happier with the result. His patience, service and efficiency was at the highest standard and I couldn't recommend him and Fox and Sons Polegate any higher. 5 stars!

FacebookBooked a valuation, received a text as confirmation of this appointment, even received a reminder the day before. The agent failed to show, we waited 45 minutes. No phone call to apologise. Don't think it was me who needed the reminder !! I think we will be using one of the agents who showed up, not Fox & Son ☹️
