My sister and I were appointed by our father as the executors of his estate, and selling his home was an emotional and important responsibility. From the outset, the team at Fox & Sons Seaford and then the branch in Polgate were compassionate, professional and supportive. They guided us through the process with sensitivity, were happy to discuss different pricing strategies, responded quickly to any amendments we requested, and most importantly... found us an excellent buyer. We chose the fixed-price commission option, which gave us certainty over costs from the start, which I found incredibly helpful putting into the spreadsheet when administering an estate. A special thank you to Molly, who expertly managed the final stages of the sale. She communicated brilliantly throughout, kept everything moving efficiently, and often took the pressure off my sister and me by dealing directly with family members who had an interest in the sale. She remained calm, professional and kind, even when managing some understandably anxious situations. We are so grateful to Molly and the whole team for helping us get everything over the line, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fox & Sons Seaford.

Simon, Annabel & Team From the very first meeting with Simon, I felt completely at ease about the whole selling process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can be a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. Throughout, he kept me informed and reassured every step of the way. I was then assigned Annabel as my handler, and she was absolutely fantastic. She supported me through all the ups and downs both the happy and stressful moments and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. The process itself wasn’t easy, which was no fault of mine or Fox & Sons, but the team truly went above and beyond. They kept me consistently updated, chased when needed, and showed real dedication to getting the sale over the line. My only concern throughout the process was the solicitor firm recommended/used alongside the sale which the buyer was using. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very poor and added a significant amount of stress. Communication was lacking, and at times it felt like there were unnecessary delays, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly suggest Fox & Sons review the solicitors they work with for future sales. That said, the team Simon has built in Polegate is outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again for everything!

Fox & Sons are currently in the process of supporting us purchasing our first home. From the outset they have been incredibly helpful, honest and communicative. The whole team are great - however, I have to single out Annabel - who has provided us with an outstanding service from the very start. She has worked to support 2 very nervous FTB with their many questions and concerns and recommended an incredible broker (Nick R) who helped us acquire a fantastic deal on our mortgage in a rush before rates jumped up. She has also pointed us in the right direction for other services we required and her recommendations have panned out very well for us so far. Annabel is a real credit to the branch. Simon and Gregory, I have never met - but both great on the phone and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Our house had already been on the market for 12 weeks with another estate agent before we met with Annabel from Fox and son's. We were feeling dispondant and felt our house would never sell. Annabel was like a breath of fresh air and assured us she could sell our house. Within a week of our house being on the market with Fox and Son's we were offered the full asking price. Annabel at fox and Son's had been true to her word. The team at Fox and Son's then continued to help us with all the rest that comes with selling and buying properties. They advised us on surveyors and solicitors but we never felt pressured into using someone they suggested. The team at Fox and Son's were always at the end of the phone to help us along the way. If they could not answer our question they would find out the answer. If in the future we decided to sell again we would definitely visit Fox and Son's Polegate as their service was 10/10

We have recently purchased a property with the support of Annabel. When we started looking for our new home Annabel was very quick to arrange viewings at a time that was convenient to us, she recommended properties to view based on our requirements and she just seemed to know us within minutes of meeting us. We ended up putting an offer in on a property that I didn’t even want to look at but she encouraged us to look and we fell in love. From putting in an offer to completion Annabel’s communication was outstanding, she was patient with our questions and when we had a problem she was straight on it, finding the answers we needed. I can honestly say that Annabel made what is known as a stressful process much less stressful and bearable. I also want to praise the other staff in the office that when Annabel wasn’t available, we’re always friendly, approachable and ensured messages were passed on promptly. We set out not wanting to use a company with a chain but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the branch or use them again if I ever wanted to sell or buy.

I cannot recommend Annabel and the team at Fox & Sons, Polegate highly enough.
