Mayer recently sold our property for us and from valuation and sale through to exchange and completion they have been fantastic. We have worked with every member of the team, Sarah has overseen the entire process, negotiating offers and managing the sale and supporting the team, Kelly came and valued our house and marketed it with beautiful photographs and descriptions. Lorna did an amazing job at taking people around our house which flew off the market and Debbie our sales coordinator has been wonderful at communicating with us and all parties and keeping the momentum of sale going especially through a pandemic and a tricky bottom of chain. GoogleUnfortunately although most posts are positive I didn’t have a good experience . Poor communication throughout the sale which caused me additional anxiety at a time that was stressful enough when selling a house. I gave it 2 stars rather than 1 because the house did sell quickly, the marketing of the property was good. Sadly, although they were recommended to me I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I appreciate it was a very emotional and close move for you and we really did try to deal with your sale so delicately but I am genuinely sorry if you felt we fell short. GoogleWe bought a house through Mayers and found their service excellent. We had previously been buying a house through a larger estate agent and their service was awful in comparison to Mayers. As buyers, they made communication extremely easy, we could always get through to them and they responded promptly every time we emailed. They definitely made the sale/purchase go faster because they were actually helping communication on both sides. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use their services if we were to sell.

FacebookI initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $830,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. Up till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. This is very pathetic and I felt so bad losing my investment. I did a due diligence test before investing with them but guess what I ended up getting burned. This is to create awareness, not everybody can be as lucky as I was.
