FacebookSome of Haart Estate Agents employees are inconsiderate and selfish. UK have a serious lockdown in place, which means anyone not a key worker, Carer, emergency services etc. Yet, the driver & occupants of this car, according to witnesses, stocked up for a picnic at Jennycliff.

FacebookI can't recommend anyone use this company for renting out your property, the customer service is terrible and I am made to feel that I am not in the least important to them as a landlord. Still waiting 2 months down the line for a payment which "should be with me" but never arrives. Even phoned head office to be told no one can help me and it is not possible to put me through to anyone and to phone branch which I do sometimes on a daily basis. I am at my wits end.

GoogleA little rocky to start off with as i didn't feel haart were doing a good job for me as a seller. but after speaking with the manager and raising some concerns they were a lot better. All the staff are nice and helpful. We went with the financial advisor because we were not clued up with finances. He was good,infomative and friendly. And the solicitors we used via him (for convenience) were also good, friendly and helpful. But i think the whole process was made stressful by the people we were buying from. And haart, david and convey law did a brilliant job putting up with it all and keeping me up to date with everything. The one draw back is that it was all very expensive. I found haart to be expensive, the financial advisor expensive and the solicitors via the financial advisor expensive (although i did get a bit of a price drop to try and match a local solicitors but were still a fraction more expensive).

FacebookThe complete lack of communication and unprofessionalism is why this will be a one star rating. We put in an offer which we were told is exactly what the seller is asking for and was the highest offer. And then learn that the house is no longer for sale (after searching for the property on the site) If we did not call we would not have even known the house was sold STC. Not even a single courtesy call to inform us if the seller had even agreed to our offer!!. I wouldn't be surprised if this is due to the fact we decided not to list our property with HAART. And called them to cancel the appointment we had booked a week after the offer, after hearing of their complete lack of professionalism. We are so glad we took others advice.
