GoogleThe worst! We are terminating our rental contract with Haart because they are utterly useless. I can only hope they teach this team the very basics of customer service, like how to respond to an email or pick up the phone! We have always had direct contact with the manager and she is just absolutely useless, failing to action the most simple requests from our tenants meaning that we have been involved constantly for the two years that we have been renting out house - despite paying for the "full package" to avoid needing to have any input. We had a leak in our kitchen which resulted in part of the floor being taken up and took Haart over 6 months to even acknowledge the problem, with various fibs throughout the process to cover up for their compete lack of effort in resolving this. 6 months our tenants lived with a damp floor, all the meantime contacting us directly to get it fixed. The manager hasn't taken any responsibility for her failings and has recently told our tenants that she hasn't heard from us despite the 5 emails she's failed to respond to and the numerous missed phone calls, making us look equally as useless as her. Run a mile and do not use Haart. They are lazy, rude and will not make this journey easy for you. I've never written a complaint before as I've worked in retail my whole life, but this is truly the worst experience I've ever had and this is a genuine warning for those looking to rent their home with ease. Good luck!!
